Beautiful and clean condo! Terrasol is an excellent place to stay. The pool was amazing. Great food at the palapa. And close to the marina and great shopping. Would definitely recommend

Amazing place super close to pools, beach and an easy walk to the marina! Kathy was an amazing host, including supporting us with transportation suggestions from the airport. Highly highly recommended!

This home was so convenient to the beach, pool, marina, etc. plus it was wonderfully equipped. The onsite palapa bar and attentive owner made this a perfect getaway for my family!

Kathy is an amazing host. The property is perfectly situated to enjoy the ocean views. The overall decor is so uplifting and inviting. It instantly puts you at ease. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning as we sat outside. There are 2 hummingbirds that also like to take reprieve from the heat. We nick named them "Pico" and "Gallo". Picó likes to perch to the left of the feeders and chase Gallo. If you need the perfect place to relax and unwind, then this is it. We definitely look forward to returning.

Kitchen and unit is fully equipped with everything you need. Great views from the back patio that stays shaded most of the day. Easy walking into town.

Loved our stay!!!!

This was one of our favorite vacations!!! Kathy was a wonderful host, answered all the questions we had and gave us great tips. The condo has everything you need and then some. We loved that the resort was fairly quiet and private, but if you wanted a fun night out, it was a quick walk to all the action of DT Cabo. We will be back!!

Amazing stay!!

Great unit in a great complex. Unit had everything you could possibly need for your stay and owner/property manager communicated with us before and during the stay. Pool bar was open for breakfast and lunch. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Short walk to the marina area. View was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Will definitely return.

Cabo 50th celebration

Property was clean and great location Pleased with all amenities. Kitchen well stocked. Only issue was no hot water. Would definitely stay in this condo again. 3rd visit at Terasol and love it. Only other downfall was restaurant closed at 4;30 rather than 6 but overall great stay.

Im so sorry about the hot water, please contact me or the reception person they will let me know and it will be fixed immediately. Due to the water the thermostat and another part need to be changed somewhat frequently. I always have the extra parts available for them to change. Looking forward to your 2026 visit. My number is in the condo or just go to reception desk for any problems.

Great location on the beach and 5 min walk to Marina

The condo has everything you need; dishes, cooking utensils (even though we ate out for every meal), spices, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You get the ocean view from the outdoor patio and master bedroom, and the Marina is a 5 min walk away. Kathy was great about answering all of my questions.

Great Location

This condo resort is in a great location. Walkable distance to marina, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was clean and had everything I needed to make an enjoyable stay along with many extra items/touches. Slight problem with a few Mexican pets (roaches) but only a few. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the front desk was very helpful in setting up my COVID test for my trip back to the U.S.

Sorry about the unwanted friends, they spray outside frequently and the inside is done as well. I frequently sing the song "La cucaracha", I have one found ones that are not still living and part of Dia De Muerto lol, I did have the unit treated inside after you left and appreciated you letting me know. Would love to have you back, new living room furniture is in place, thank you for being a great guest

very nice condo at a good price, quiet location close to the marina

we stayed for 3 nights ahead of a company trip and it was a great location for us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the marina. condo was very clean when we arrived. Carlos at the front desk was very really nice. i appreciated that we werent roped into a 1 hour+ timeshare type sales pitch at check in that's common at many of the all inclusive type resorts in the area. We decided to rent a car one day and Carlos was very accomodating getting us a decent rate with National - who dropped the car off for us within an hour. Food at the restaurant was a great value - huevos ranchers was amazing. We look forward to coming back with family next time and staying at Terrasol!

Wonderful place

Two couples sharing condo for long birthday weekend. Loved the space..enough for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms (large areas). The shared living space nice to watch tv or play games. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast (we went out for dinner because we were on vacation). The best part was the back patio. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks. The hummingbirds provided the entertainment. The foliage gave you a sense of privacy. It was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful space.

Terrasol

Cabo never disappoints and neither did Kathy's place. Kathy has a couple of notebooks with helpful information, her place was clean and she messaged me to make sure everything was good and that we weren't having any problems. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I thought the kitchen could use some updates - just my opinion - again, it was clean. She also had great suggestions for restaurants to eat. We have been to Cabo several times but, hadn't been to some of the restaurants she suggested. Los Tres Cabos has excellent food and atmosphere! We had a great time!

the kitchen was updated 4 years ago, all new appliances. I choose not to have granite counters because I want my guests to feel like they are in Mexico, I am sorry you did not like this style I have not had any other complaints about this. It was a pleasure having you and I hope you had a great time and will return to cabo soon!

Beautiful relaxing ocean front condo

Loved our stay at the Terrasol! My husband & I went with another couple and none of us had been to Cabo before, so we didn't know what to expect as far where to stay, etc. But we picked the Terrasol because of all the great reviews and we couldn't have been happier! It is just a 5 minute walk to the marina with all the shops, restaurants and basically all the activity! But the Terrasol is on the Pacific side which is much quieter. Although you can't swim in the ocean due to strong undertow, the two pools at the complex were lovely! We met a ton of people at the pool which by the way was never crowded. On our last day there were 13 people at the pool! Mostly all our age, retired around 55. Our morning walk included walking to the Marina then over to Medano Beach to the end! About a 2 hour round trip! Over there you will get approached by a ton of Vendors, selling everything from sunglasses, t-shirts, pottery, jewelry to massages. ( There are absolutely no venders where we stayed!) Kathy, the owner was so helpful as far as where to go when we arrived, where to get groceries(our Van driver let us stop at Walmart on the way from the airport) and what activities are available. There is a binder in the condo, that explains EVERYTHING from recycling to where to eat! All in all we loved our stay and would definitely go back to the Terrasol.

Quiet and close to the marina

Great location that’s close to the marina, but away from the hustle and bustle. The patio leads directly to the beach, and has a lovely patio. Its bougainvillea arch and visiting hummingbirds, wrens, orioles, and woodpeckers perfectly frame the ocean view from the patio dining set. We really enjoyed that tranquility! The owner of this unit kept it very well stocked, and the amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed that each room had a King-sized bed and bathroom. The Terrasol complex is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the gate, front desk, and palapa bar are responsive and friendly. Terrasol is within easy walking distance of Manta Scuba and Cabo Adventures. The marina is quite expansive, and has a variety of shops, restaurants, and excursion/activity vendors, including water taxis. Playa Empacadora is a 10-minute walk from the property, with calm water, a nice beach, and plenty of fish to see while snorkeling. If the sun is too bright, vendors will happily set up an umbrella for you to use. If you’re looking for a busier scene with lots of tourists and vendors, catching a water taxi will get you to famous Medano Beach just north of the marina. It’s got several beachside bars and restaurants, along with a huge variety of vendors of wares and water activities. Prospective renters are advised by the owner that the patio door lock can be accidentally engaged when closing the patio door. It’s good to keep the house keys in your pocket, especially if there’s not a member of your group inside the unit.

wonderfull!

heel mooie en goed onderhouden condo op 1 van de prachtigste locaties dat je maar kan wensen. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht op het terras kijkend naar de walvissen die je voorbij ziet zwemmen. We hielden van de rust en toch op wandelafstand van de mooie en levendige haven. We kijken er naar uit om nog een keer terug te komen.
