The property was amazing and in such a cool building! Absolutely loved our unit and wished we had more time to stay even longer! The only thing that would make this place more amazing would be designated parking, but not sure if that’s possible with the downtown location. (Which they did mention that there was not.) Jake the host was great, and will definitely be booking again when I go back to visit my daughter at college! Also the beds so comfortable! I would love to know what mattresses and pillows they have!!

Great spot in a great location!

In Spokane for a long weekend and this was an excellent place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown and easy to get to everything. Hosts were incredibly responsive and the property was exactly as described

Convenient, comfortable and accommodating stay

We stayed here while attending a healthcare convention at the Grand Hotel. The place was clean with plenty of space and great accommodations as well as a prime location to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful space

A group of us stayed here for a concert at the Spokane Arena and it was just perfect for walking to dinner and walking home after the concert. We loved the set up and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Gonzaga Senior weekend!

This was a super awesome place to stay while visiting our senior Gonzaga student. Comfortable, all the amenities, and super comfortable beds! Easy, near-by parking options. Highly recommend!

The property was easy to find and access. Everything was clean from start to finish! We had everything we needed for our week stay. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Sibling visit in Spokane

Brother, SIL and I stayed here when visiting our other brother and SIL in Spokane. The apartment was great - we all had our own space, but could come together in the living room/kitchen. Very conveniently located downtown - walkable to great restaurants and shopping and the riverfront park. Recommend for a family trip. Would stay here again!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in these apartments. Excellent location! Very clean and comfortable! The parking situation was a bit frustrating. Running late for the Lion King Performance, we left our car in the empty parking lot behind the building during the play. When we returned to move the car, there was a 50.00 parking ticket on the car.

A great location to enjoy downtown Spokane

This was a wonderful location to enjoy all that downtown Spokane has to offer. We parked our car and didn't get back in until we left to head home at the end of our trip. The apartment is an easy walking distance to Riverpark square, the Davenport, Riverfront park and the preforming arts center.

We traveled to Spokane to celebrate the engagement of our daughter. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for such an exciting event. Not only was it conveniently located downtown near Riverfront, it was literally 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. The apartment was clean and modern with amazing architectural accents.We definitely recommend this property! The Worleys

Overall great

Place was as advertised. Clean and roomy, great kitchen and TV was better than most as far as channels go. If I could have checked in at 3PM instead of 4 PM, I would have given 6 stars out of 5!! hahahaa
