Blue Moby is a magical place for your large family or friend-group. There is room for 16 to lounge together in the living room and eat in the dining room. Beds are: 2 kings, 3 queens, a bunk that has a twin and a full mattress as well as a twin mattress that pulls out from under the full, and also a hideaway queen/sofa. Two of the bedrooms and the game room each have their own entrances, which is a great feature for privacy. Open concept living area on third floor has ocean view--the whole house is very open and light. To get to the beach, take a three-block walk on a secret neighborhood trail to Road's End State Park.

Sally has such a beautiful and welcoming home! Our family was celebrating my grandmas 90th birthday and we had an awesome weekend in Lincoln City. The house had lots of thoughtful touches - kitchen had great supplies, games, books, and close to the beach. We all had our own rooms and space but could also gather in the living room with lots of seats to hang out there together! Clean home! Check in and out was super smooth and instructions were easy to follow.

Our host Sally was very welcoming! The property was perfect for our family ages 3 through 70! And being coffee lovers, we thoroughly enjoyed the specialty roasted coffee supplied by the host!

Beautiful home and a view of the ocean! Amazing amenities and decor. Host is great! Responsive and gracious. Second time renting and would do it again for our group!

Beautiful beach getaway

Great location to beach and town, clean, well stocked, and our group really liked the separate entrances to some of the bedrooms! Great for families and friends that want to be together, but also want some privacy. Check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth.

What a great house for a family!

The house is everything it's listed to be. Owner so responsive and communication was excellent. So clean, in a great neighborhood where it's quiet and all the other houses are just as beautiful. Definitely will be staying again at this great house.

Everything and a View!

Beautiful and everything you need in a retreat location. A view of the ocean and close to amenities in town. Saw deer each day and enjoyed the serene and creatively designed vacation home. So close to the beach! Our group loved all of it.

Everything was just as it was listed. Excellent communication and more than enough rooms and bedding for our big family. Loved the location and area. Perfect rental.

Awesome house

This house is perfect for multiple couples since there is 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and they're all very private. Great location, very clean and lots of room for big families. Loved our stay here. :)

Great house, great location. Owner is supper communicative. Room under the game room smelled damp and musty and had visible black mold.

The property is exceptional for a large group. We had 5 families (11 adults, 3 kids and 1 toddler).The 2nd floor extra large kitchen, dinning room, living room, 1/2 bath and 1 queen bedroom was perfect. The extra large table and additional counter seating was more than enough for all of us. The living room had plenty of seating for us. The one lower couch height was perfect for the kids/toddler.The queen bedroom w/closet off the kitchen was perfect for our parents.The game room w/pull out above the queen bedroom w/bath located in the detached building allowed for separation/quiet time from hustle/bustle of the main house.My adult kids took the king bedroom w/bathroom at back of the main house had its own entrance so they could come/go as late as they wanted.The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, hall bath and stackable washer/dryer (which we were so grateful for and it got a lot of use). The master king bedroom w/bathroom is located at the back and it has a quiet/secluded porch. The kids bunk room with trundle bed also had games/stuffies so the kids were thrilled! The queen bed room was beautifully decorated and had its own TV.The kids loved taking the path to the beach. It’s a well marked, gravel path that has decorations in the trees allowing their imagination to flow. The playground/ basketball court located one lot to the side of the house was great. One way in/out allowed us to watch from living room or back porch.Owners are wonderful and very helpful!

Beautiful house and great location. Our extended family stayed here with ages ranging from 3 to 64 yrs old and everyone had a great time. Open kitchen and living space upstairs perfect for large groups with a balcony and view of ocean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a mix of couples and seven children. Sally was super responsive to all of my questions. The children especially loved the deer they could see from the balcony and in the park across the street. Would highly recommend!

Great for groups with kids

We were very happy with how much space there was in this home. We had a very large group with 10 kids and we were able to find comfortable sleeping arrangements for everybody. The kids loved the hot tub and the playground next-door. And the beach was an easy walking distance away. We also enjoyed the many board and card games that they had available.

We breathed out a peaceful sigh as soon as we entered this house for the first time. It just feels right--it is open, tall-ceilinged, clean, light, and spacious. We have a nice ocean view and a great neighborhood, and we have brought our own quirky artistic sense to our new place.
