The "Beach Retreat" House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean View home with HD Digital Expanded Cable with 4 large HD TVs, Wi-Fi, larger living room with gas fireplace, large windows, plus a 2nd living room/rec room, 2 level 10 x 20 deck, hot tub, air hockey table, pool table, custom built 12 ft play structure with tube slide and climbing wall just blocks from the casino/beach.

Your Roads End location puts you within walking distance beach access & Chinook Winds Casino of 1/2 mile or less. Gather up the family or your favorite friends and come rejuvenate at the Beach Retreat house!

Perfect

I have no complaints it was better than I expected and very clean and nothing was broken or not working. Everything the listing claims to have at the house was there; including cooking equipment and cleaning equipment. Brought my computer in case I got bored and I didn’t even take it outta my bag haha. Great place to stay!

We had a great time with our family, house was good size, the house was clean but with issue, furniture very old, there was dirty pots and pans, the rug in the living room was very very stained, it made us feel we should check everything. I know the cleaners did the best job for what they had to work with. Other than that it was a nice place

Mothers Bday celebration. Family of 12

This home is amazing! We had the best time . We stayed 4 days, 3 nights. The house is older but it certainly has a charm. It has a family room that can be closed off by a sliding glass door for late night visits or movies. The Billiard area was great too, we spent every night challenging each other. The hot tub was such a treat, even though it was raining, it was covered and just what our backs needed. This is not a fancy house by any means, BUT it was perfect for multiple families to have our own rooms. Giving plenty of space for activities, or family time. We will definitely stay again!! Their

Overall a nice place to stay

Like many of the short term rentals the place is a little worn , Other than that it was fabulous place to stay especially if you have a dog! The yard is very large with a nice fence and is on a very quiet street. We had 8 people and never felt crowded. I would definitely recommend. Note: when we used the television we found that a few former users did not log out of different apps , One had credit card information. I took the time to log everyone out before we logged in . It’s very important to remember this ! Thanks

Fun for all ages!

We had an amazing time with our friends here. We loved the fenced yard and the space for the kids to run and play. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the fun amenities ( play structure, hot tub, pool table, air hockey and foosball). The house is also a super short drive to the beach which was awesome.

Great family house

This place was fantastic for our family. We had teens to toddler and a sweet baby and the place was perfect for everyone!! I totally recommend this place especially if you are going with more than one family. We enjoyed everything about it!

House was perfect for our family stay. Yard was great for our dog that came with us.

Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was nice and the fire pit was great for s'mores. Lots of room with dining table big enough for eating and games.

Anniversary Celebration

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was nicely updated. Some of the furniture and carpet have seen better days, but we didnt mind. The outside area was great especially the firepit and the hot tub. The kids loved the play structure and the toys inside. We could see the ocean from some of the rooms. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach with the way back being uphill. We made the trek several times and even saw some deer along the way. There's room in the driveway for 4 average size vehicles. We would definately stay here again. and foosball

Great family house!

The house was large and comfortable. Parts of it have been remodeled, parts are a little older, but honestly, with a large group like ours, it’s nice to stay in a place that we’re not afraid to “live” in. The house had many amenities, and pretty much any appliance and cooking utensil we needed. The outdoor space was great too! Very large and lots of fun stuff! There was one small part of the deck that seemed a little unstable, so we stayed off that part. We would definitely recommend the Beach Retreat!

Family weekend at the beach

We came for a family weekend with our adult kids and babies and 2 dogs. Home was great set up for all and appreciated the booster chairs, sand box, and tree house& hot tub and fire pit and Bbq! Awesome place for kids and Dogs!

The place has plenty of things to do and space for everyone to enjoy. It was my husband’s 77 birthday anand family checked in nearby stopped by to greet him. Steve is a great host ready to assist when needed. My grandson doesn’t want to leave the place he loved the playground, air hockey, billiard pool, close to the beach, and we were visited by a family of deer walking in the street which was a treat.

Loved the house! Waiting for the kitchen to get the update the bathrooms have that will be amazing! We were a little concerned because we found beer cans and lots of food in the couches and under them were terrible but overall the house was what we were looking for! Thank You! We cleaned everything we used and appreciate the list of things to accomplish as we were getting ready to leave! Love having the double washer and dryers! Again loved the House! We will look forward to staying again in the future!!!!!!! The Rains Family!

Quirky home with lots of fun

I spent three days over spring break with my two teens and a few of their friends at this beach house rental. It rained for half the trip, so we spent lots of time inside. The entertainment options in the home were perfect for teens; pool, foosball, air hockey and a hot tub. The home has lots of sleeping options, three bathrooms and multiple TVs. Our dog loved the oversized corner lot for playing catch and zoomies. If the kids were younger the tree house would have also been fun. This is not a beach front property, but you can see the ocean from a few select spots at the home. There is a shortcut/easement right across from the driveway that connects down to 50th which has beach access. It's about a quarter mile walk, downhill, to get to the access point.Or, you can drive to the Road's End Beach which is about a mile away, too. The home is located close to a grocery store and any amenities that you could need. The home is quirky, with a unique layout that is deceivingly large on the inside. I was able to sleep well upstairs, with not too much noise, even when the teens were staying up late. The furnishing aren't new, but they are comfortable. I would recommend this rental because you get a good beach house for a reasonable price.

Family fun.

What a great place to relax with your family. My grandkids had a blast. I also liked that my mom had a bedroom downstairs with a bathroom of her own . It’s really a great place to enjoy your family and relaxed and have plenty of room there was 8 of us and we were all comfortable. The owner was also super nice we will be going back.

Nice place for families

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Retreat House. It has great accommodations for families with children; the pool table, fuse ball and air hockey tables are a great addition to the play structure, hot tub and huge yard. Furnishings are a bit dated but still all in working condition. We appreciated that the hot tub had just been refilled before our stay and was clean! Also loved that double washer/dryer combo for our large family! Owner was fantastic and very responsive to our emails! Only wished beach access wasn't so far, we ended up driving to an access point.

Just at the entrance of Roads End, this home is only a few minutes' walk to the Casino and just blocks from the beach. HD TV's include 58" Smart, 50", 43" Smart, 32" with HD digital expanded cable receivers, 1,000-watt home theater system w/Wi-fi built in for Netflix, Pandora, & Blue Ray, DVD players, wireless Wi-fi, foosball table, air hockey table, and pool table. Outdoor you will find a new 2022 covered HOT TUB w/OCEAN VIEWS, a 10' x 20' wood deck w/stainless gas BBQ, stone fire pit, and large hammock for afternoon nap beneath the ocean pine trees. Fully fenced pet friendly yard is so large, kids may get lost, ¼ acre. For the kid's, there is a custom built 12' play structure/"tree house" w/yellow tube slide, bubble dome, climbing wall, sandbox, 2 large swings, and 1 disc rope swing. There is enough parking for 4 full size cars. Sleeps 9 guests on beds, but up to 10-12 w/temporary beds.
Beds: 3 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds (bunk bed and other is a day bed/trundle), 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and 1 Crib. There is an Aero Bed blow up mattress for temporary unplanned guests & additional full size sofa bed.
