Loved

I absolutely loved the place getting the info to get in was a bit hectic at first , but ended up working out. The time on my reservation check in and checkout was different from what the property owner said also. But all in all lovely place. Very happy

Booking was canceled 30 minutes before check-in time.

The owner of the property did not reach out or provide any check-in information, the only information were the emails from VRBO. When I realized this an hour before we were to arrive at the property I contacted the owner through the app. When we were 30 minutes from the property he sent a one line message in Spanish saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience”. My prepaid booking was refunded however, I had to scramble with 30 minutes notice to find two hotel rooms for four nights in Kissimmee, Florida the weekend before New Year’s. I will be reaching out to speak to someone with VRBO. The owner of the property cannot be allowed to do this to another family.

Florida Fam vacay

The property was just as advertised and the check in process was super easy. The location and size of the house fit our needs perfectly. My only complaint would be that the water for showers was lukewarm. I contacted the property manager in the morning but didn't receive a response until late afternoon. As we were only there for 2 days the problem was never resolved.

This property needs updating

Overall this property is in a great location to Disney, about 15 mins to theme parks and 25 mins to outlet mall/universal studios area. The host is very attentive and answers questions quickly. He did send the details of the rental the day of only after I reached out to him for the info. But let’s get in to the cons of this property: There was only 1 big towel and small towel in each room. We had to buy more. The upstairs bathroom water is lukewarm Had to replace a light bulb in the bottom lamp Their were stains on the dining room table The remote controls have tape on the back of them and the wifi router is incorrectly assembled and is inside the water heater room. Very unsafe The living room cable box shuts off after hours of watching tv like it’s programmed to do that. No toilet tissue was provided in any of the bathrooms The boys room has blinds that are broken and missing. The thermostat is difficult to manage because it’s preset but doesn’t take into consideration change of weather. So the weather turned cold during our visit and the air conditioner is still running when we wanted heat. The bottom room has a leak in the ceiling near the air vents There are no ceiling fan The top queen bedroom had ants in the room When removing the sheets at departure we noticed urine stains in the mattresses of queen room and girls room. The stove was intermittently working. My family was not thoroughly pleased at the accommodations and we probably won’t stay here again.

Casa em péssima conservação

Nos trocaram de casa um mês antes da nossa chegada, o administrador foi muito atencioso e nos atendeu prontamente, porém a casa está um horror. Carpete extremamente sujo, a geladeira estava suja, no primeiro dia chegamos a noite, na manhã seguinte precisei entrar em contato, pois um dos banheiros estava entupido. As camas são tortas, colchões velhos, na cozinha lâmpadas queimadas, a sensação é de relaxo.

Broken lock on patio door

Advised owner patio door lock was broken so there was no way to secure the door. He didn’t respond back the whole 5 days that we were there and I still haven’t heard from him.
