Perfect location for our family. Pool and beach were amazing. Only complaint was the elevator wait during check in and check out times.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for 4 of us, there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean, but it could use a DEEP clean. The areas around door knobs, drawer handles, trim around doors could use a good scrub and/or fresh paint. In general, it was clean...beds, showers, floors, countertops, complaints there. It just needs a little TLC in areas that aren't always thought about.

Great location and really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and you guys made the check in process super easy and that was great. I was shocked to find out that we thought we were getting a pull out couch and it was not. And the only complaint I would have other than that was the staff when I asked a question was very rude because I didn’t book my room through them. Even with those headaches my family really enjoyed our time at this location.

The property was nice. We had everything we needed. Outdoor spaces were nice. Less spread out that some buildings. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to town for a 13u baseball tournament and stayed a couple extra days to enjoy the 4th of July. We had an amazing time and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Master shower control handle came off a couple of times. Overall good for the price.

Reviewer Comments: Brought our grandkids for a family beach trip, the condo was nice but could have been cleaned better. We have staying at various Phoenix properties for nearly 30 yrs and this was the dirtiest condo we have experienced. Suggest the owners evaluate their housekeeping company performance. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Good could’ve have been slightly better

Reviewer Comments: While the room was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, if you have a can that needs opened make sure you have a can opener with you or buy cans with easy open lids. One remote for the tv wasn’t working so the tv was in a zoomed in picture setting. Not a huge issue but when it’s raining and you go to watch tv it is slightly annoying. It would be nice that if the property did any work on rooms they let you know in advance, when trying to get a younger kid to nap while work is going on below you isn’t the best experience. The room was perfect in every aspect tho and I would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, not a bad stay. A few things could have been better, e.g., had a toilet that kept clogging (luckily there was a "plumber's friend" in the sink cabinet), paper products were thin and not plentiful, no soap or shampoo in showers, and fortunately we brougth some dishwashing pods, since in 4 days we were bound to use the dishwasher more than once, and there was only one pouch of dishwasher soap.

Fast elevators, never waited for more than 3 minutes on a holiday weekend. Easy parking. The only problem is that the entire area is too grown up,too busy, with too many people, too many buildings.
