Great location, space, and views, but overall very disappointing for the price. The condo had a strange shrimp-like odor when we arrived. The master bedroom needs a complete upgrade; the mattress was lumpy and the frame was so loose and squeaky that maintenance had to fix it two days into our stay. Additionally, the master shower was far too small with poor water alignment, and the second bathroom sink was clogged. We ended up showering in the second bathroom just to get decent water pressure. It simply wasn't worth the money.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We loved having the covered parking place. Would stay here again for sure.

I loved this condo. It had everything I needed. I loved being able to listen to the surf from the balcony, living area and master bedroom. Although it was a little scary in my lifted Jeep going into the 6'8" parking garage (I just made it but my antennae scraped when I left), the assigned parking spot a few feet from beach access meant I could keep my beach equipment in the car and retrieve easily before heading to the beach. Google Maps said I had arrived when I hit the traffic circle, which was wrong, but I easily found the condo via the Windemere sign on the front heading west from the traffic circle on the beach road. Questions via text were answered quickly and pleasantly by the Property Managers, even during their off hours. As for amenities, there was a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, but no Keurig pots so bring your own if you prefer that type, They have PLENTY of coffee filters and some Folgers ground, but I brought my own so all was good. Only salt and pepper condiments so if you plan to cook, make sure you bring everything you need. Little soaps are provided but no other toiletries. Again, I had packed all of mine so all good. The trip was just the relaxation I needed so when I need another recharge, I will check on the availability of this place again. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay. Excellent views with privacy balcony. Very quiet. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Pool was under construction but was noted beforehand. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with fantastic view

Gorgeous condo in excellent location. We loved being right across the street from Lillian's. A great place to get away from it all. Clean, quiet, and everything we wanted.

We had a great stay in this unit. The location is great, and the unit has a great layout. The furniture is comfy and great for families. The property management company is responsive and helpful.

Great beach access

Wonderful visit with grandson. A much needed stress free beach time. Location is excellent, communication is excellent. Biggest drawback from our stay - and why I rated a 4-is how smoking policy is not enforced- smokers seem to have free range around pool and hot tub and it impacts big time - even if you are sitting on your balcony.

Very nice condo and beach

This 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo was exactly what we wanted and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture, and the unit had a full-size washer/dryer which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was extraordinary! Perdido Beach was a new area for us and it allowed us to try new restaurants and explore new areas. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

Condo was excellent (exactly as pictured). View was AWESOME! As was access to beach! Management was great. Had a bit of problem with electric due to storm . Manager offered another condo if we wished. Stayed in our condo (didn't want to leave "home" we were so comfortable in!) But was concerned about our frozen foods melting. Manager gathered them up, took them to another freezer, then returned them next day after problem was fixed. Planning on coming back next year and staying longer!
