One of a kind top floor penthouse (38th floor) corner unit in desirable Tower 1 at the prestigious MGM Signature. Views overlooking both the Strip and the mountains of picturesque Las Vegas. Privately owned with no additional resort fees! Recently partially remodeled/refurnished and features 873 square feet of luxury. This is not a cookie cutter unit - every detail has been thought out to create a top notch experience.

*Luxurious granite and marble bathrooms - including master bath with his and hers counters and jetted tub for two.

Gorgeous unit with lovely earthy brown decor and so many nice touches. Actual chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy it, a working and stocked Keurig, Brita pitcher, full kitchen . The unit was incredibly clean: not a stray hair in sight! And the hosts are super responsive. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent and the accommodation was superb. The ease of getting in and out of the hotel and the added restaurants in the MgM grand was appreciated!! Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

Very clean room, enjoyed how comfortable the bed. The staff and door guys were very helpful with recommendations on getting around town to local spots such as a grocery store to find Mexican cokes and authentic tacos. The host was very responsive when I called and we were allowed to check in early since there was no one that reserved the room the day before which was great since we arrived at 10am.

This is the most beautiful suite in the whole place I have been staying at Signature Suites for I bet15 years, have also stayed at 2 Vrbo there also and they do not come close to this well done suite!!

This place was perfect! Great view! It’s was awesome to keep the windows open an go to sleep with a STRIP night light and wake up to the mountains in the distance in the morning👍the PH itself is very well put together and a great place to stay.

This place was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. It was perfectly equipped with top of the line appliances, the bed was outstanding, and the view was unbeatable.We will definitely stay there next time we visit Vegas!
