Absolutely loved our stay! Great house, fantastic backyard pool/hot tub with outstanding tropical landscaping and located in a neighborhood made for peaceful strolls or bike rides on narrow divided streets under a canopy of mature palm trees, mango trees and more growing in the median. Don’t miss watching a sunset sitting on a bench at the park at the end of the street.

From the decor to the cleanliness, this house feels like home! I go to Stuart a lot and every time I go, this is where I stay. The host is quick to reply and easy to work with!

We love this property. It's the third year in a row for us and hope to be back again next year. It has everything you'd want - pool, hot tub, fully stocked (utensils) kitchen, lanai with a large dining table, a separate large dining room table, a large family room with an awesome TV, and nice bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone. Plus, it's perfectly situated for a short drive to either downtown Stuart or Hutchinson Island and its beaches. A wonderful place to stay. Nicole is also a great host who is extremely helpful and attentive.

Wonderful Home

Awesome time on Pelican Drive

Loved this house. It had everything we wanted/needed - pool, lounge area, great bedrooms, nice bathrooms, fantastic TV, and a great host. Wonderful stay.

Pelican Place was fantastic!

The house was immaculate, the pool so refreshing, and the neighborhood is a perfect spot for exploring Stuart and the surrounding areas. Nicole was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come back for another visit!

Private paradise

Nicole’s place was perfect for my family (including 2 young children). Very comfortable layout, and amazing pool area. It feels like a private oasis. Highly recommended.

We love Pelican Place

Our return visit to this property was great. We love the neighborhood. The house layout is great with plenty of modern amenities and charm. Nicole is responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

Stuart fun

The house was better than the pictures. Split Floor plan was perfect for 2 to 3 couples.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Stuart Florida! The home was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with everything we could possibly need provided. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was clear that the owners thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The house was fully stocked with essentials, and the pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed in a lot of vacation rentals before I created Pelican Place and tried to think of everything a guest would need to make their stay a 5 star experience in terms of hosting, amenities, comfort, location, etc. I want my guests to feel special the second they walk through the door until the minute they leave. Loving Pelican Place

The house is great. It has everything you'd want. Lots of room, a pool and hot tub, and a lanai where you can relax outdoors. The house is superbly located with easy access to downtown Stuart, businesses and restaurants along Highway 1 and Dixie Highway and within easy driving distance of Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach. This is our second time staying here and we love it. We'll be back again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO in Stuart, Florida. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The layout was ideal for gathering with family, and every detail made us feel right at home.What truly made this stay unforgettable were the special New Year’s Eve decorations thoughtfully set up for our son’s wedding. The festive touches added such a meaningful, joyful atmosphere and made an already special occasion even more magical. Tropical Paradise

We came to the area for a baseball tournament and stayed at this wonderful tropical paradise of a home! Can't say enough positive about this place. The home is spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated and so relaxing after a hot day at the baseball fields...we did not want to leave! The owner (Nicole) was super helpful and responsive and made sure our stay was perfect! Stuart is a charming little town and we enjoyed the food, sights, and shops. Still more to explore so we will plan another time to return and will stay again.

PERFECT! Truly above and beyond!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would! It had everything we needed and more, was very clean, and a great location! Stuart was a great city with great food and little shops, which the owner has LOTS of great suggestions for you (also - the owner is SO sweet and attentive to your needs!!). The house is only a 10 minute drive to the beach, which parking was easy to find even during the 4th of July holiday. We highly recommend this place and will definitely look to book a reservation again here in the future.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We are beach people and fell in love with all the beautiful beaches that Stuart has to offer. The home was ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE and decorated to perfection The lanai and backyard felt like our own private resort with the pool, hot tub and palm trees. The neighborhood is like a tropical paradise! We loved taking walks and riding our bikes to Downtown Stuart. Nicole thought of everything in making this the perfect Florida vacation home. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect

Pelican Place exceeded out expectations. It looks adorable on the listing, but it is even better in person. The house was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the tropical garden pool area is gorgeous. The host was amazing and has thought of everything you could need while staying here. The location is perfect and is only minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. It is close enough to everything to bike there if you choose. We loved walking through the neighborhood everyday.

Family holiday getaway!

We were looking for a serene spot to savor the holiday week with our family… and so happy that we found Pelican Place. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything (and more) that we needed. Our Vrbo host couldn’t have been kinder, more responsive and enthusiastic to help make our trip fun and memorable. We loved having the pool and hot tub and also the closeness to the Stuart and Hutchinson Island beaches. Nicole gave us a bunch of great local resources for everything from chartering a boat to the best waterfront coffee shop. Thank you Nicole for all of your suggestions and answers to our many questions before we arrived and during our stay.
