Amazing place to stay

Amazing house with pool. Great location, close to a state park with beaches and the owner leaves a state park pass so you can get into it for free! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Great stay. Our family stayed 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years! The house was exactly as advertised. Great location, close to beaches and bike trails, great pool. Owner was very nice, called to make sure everything was to our liking after we arrived. We would definitely rent from Roman in the future.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in Naples, house is as described, communication was easy. Not all beaches were open but we enjoyed Clam Pass and the Downtown Naples beaches. House is super close to lots of restaurants and coffee places. Thank you so much again for a wonderful stay.

Our time here was very enjoyable and relaxing. It was very comfortable. The house was very nice. Everything that you might need was there. The area was also ideal. Had a nice time in the pool too!

Our January 2020 stay.

Very clean house. Great location and close the airport and many great restaurants. There were a few problems but the property manager handled them promptly and efficiently. Had a great grill that we used 5 times. Shopping was also close, nearby WaKmart. We will stay again next year.

Spring Break with the family.

The property was close to everything. It was great being able to park in the garage. The heated pool was the kids favorite. Kitchen was well stocked, and very clean. We were provided with plenty of towels for the pool and the beach. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and pool floats. The entire home was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was great for walking with sidewalks. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous!!!!!!

When we travel, we like to have room to move around. Hotels are OK, but this house has it all. It could not be more centrally located and the area gives you a peak into the early days of Naples. The street is funky cool, neighbors are super helpful. Roman was awesome and Maria on site was there for us at all times. Alll the bells and whistles. I give it the super duper thumbs up.

Very nice place!

The house is well stocked with everything we needed including some condiments, laundry soap, spices & more. It was clean and had plenty of space. Roman always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. The only recommendation I would make is brighter lighting in the spare bedroom with the queen bed in the front of the house. It was hard to do my hair using the full-length mirror when the bathroom was being used. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great vacation home and travel location for families

This property was absolutely perfect for my family’s vacation. Everything we could possibly need or want was very close by and renting this beautiful house was much less costly than if I had rented a hotel for the week for the six of us. The house is beautiful inside and out and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed the pool and watching the lizards climbing on the screened enclosure! Our trip included three generations ages 5 to 55, and there were things for all of us to enjoy. The ability to prepare meals was beneficial to maintain my family’s dietary needs and particular taste as well as helped save money. Roman was great in communicating how the process worked and checked in about halfway through to ensure everything was going well. I highly recommend this property for anyone, especially families.

Perfect house with private pool

This house was in the perfect location to get to the beach and other cities within an hour to do many activities. The private heated pool with the lanai was amazing for morning swims! There’s plenty of bath and pool towels. The patio has plenty of seating and a grill, however the propane was nearly gone so we didn’t grill out. There’s no extra toilet paper so bring some along and no Kleenex at all. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because the beds and living room couch/chair were incredibly (and uncomfortably) firm.
