Did we mention Dog Friendly? You can bring your well trained furry friend (under 40 pounds) for a pet fee!
*Picture of dog must be texted to Kendall beforehand, per contract. Any deception of pet will result in cancellation.

NO SMOKING! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including on balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.
Rental agreement will be emailed after reservation and must be filled out in a timely manner or may result in cancellation.
