Imagine waking up to coffee on screened porch with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, or having breakfast by the palm tree shaded pool area. Private backyard oasis, covered porch, screen porch, chimnea for S'mores. This cottage has 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens), and 2 full baths each attached to each bedroom. This cottage is not only adorable and has everything you need inside... it has a breezy beautiful outdoor space. 7 min walk to beach or even shorter bike or cart-ride. Quiet street perfectly located under 10 minutes to Rosemary (30A) area or 10 min to Pier Park for IMAX, shopping, eating. Cute Golf Cart friendly streets where you can ride for ice cream, breakfast, pizza and to the local Carousel Market.
This is a newly listed rental with comfortable bedding, linens, all new paint and updated interior space. Many rent golf carts nearby and ride around. Happy to help you find rental options! This is an adorable cottage that you won't want to leave! Stairs are required as the cottage is all upper level to enjoy the view. All interior photos and screened porch only accessible via stairs (lower area is garage/owners storage only). Enjoy private yard and pool and parking for up to 3-4 cars. If you are looking for a longer stay, please message for pricing- may be lower than shown. 6 person max.

Our stay was fantastic, our Kelly was phenomenal about communication and making sure that we were taken care of. The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Spectacular!

Amazing place, have everything you need for a family trip, located juat 2 minutes away from the beach! And is near so many attractions and beautiful places and beaches!! 1000% recomended I will be back soon!!

Quality was in the details

This was a great little house! I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, extra soft blankets, toiletries, and the aesthetic. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The communication was good and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great trip

The location was key. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was just the right size for us. The owner did a great job with making the most with the space, lots of places to hang things and little spots to tuck away items. The house was clean, the pool was just right for the kids to take a dip and splash around. The house was a short drive to the pear. Owner was great to communicate with and gave recommendations on places to visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

The house was as pictured. It was clean, had plenty of skillets/utensils for cooking. Had plenty of blankets and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was nicely decorated and had plenty of seating. The house was also very nicely decorated. There were extra garbage bags which was a plus. It was a quiet area close to beach access. We would stay there again. I actually googled the cookware and bought me set when we got home because I liked it so much.

Beach Trip

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house was perfectly located near the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants. It was in a great location. The house was clean and so cute! The host thought of everything. They had some toiletries provided, blow dryers, a very well stocked kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies,board games, plenty of pillows and blankets, and tons of beach and pool accessories/equipment. The pool was so nice to soak in after a day at the beach. The host was extremely responsive and replied almost immediately when we had questions. She was helpful and provided recommendations on places to eat, shop, and see while in town. We have zero complaints about our stay. We will definitely be back

4th of July week Vacation

This property has everything we needed for 4 nights! It was a new listing at the time but you’d never know it. So close to everything and the neighborhood is so cute. There were 4 adults, two kids and an infant and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area is where we spent most of our time. It is a cocktail pool (small) but my 8 year olds stayed in the entire time! It was a 2 mins golf cart ride to the beach and they were even stocked with beach supplies. You literally had to bring NOTHING but a swimsuit. There is a flight of stairs to access the house so keep that in mind. Kelly is an awesome host and was quick to respond to anytime. We are already booking our next stay at Lil Laguna!

I love being near the water! Ocean, lake…. And love hosting cottages by the water. There is so much charm to Laguna Beach, FL and the quiet golf cart friendly community where people, walk, cart, bike!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We visited Laguna Beach and fell in love with quiet area where you could walk, bike, golf cart to Thomas’s, the beach, Carousel Market and quickly drive to Rosemary for dinner or Pier Park a few minutes in the other direction. You are close enough to enjoy various 30a towns or all PCB has to offer. However, we spend most our time at Laguna Beach enjoying the gorgeous BLUE/GREEN water!

Our property is unique in that you are perched up and over looking at ocean through a little peek-a-boo from screened porch. I sit on porch and have coffee overlooking palm trees and see ocean sliver behind. Wash dishes and get a little peak out kitchen window as well. The backyard is a private oasis with a pool and palm trees. Dining table fire chimnea for s’mores after a day-at-beach! Covered porch by pool is nice as well and usually a beach breeze by the pool! Inside is cute cottage-like comfort and just what you need, but the porch and back yard are the difference! Gather with your friends/family by pool and enjoy steamed seafood from Buddys!
