Adriatic Sunrise - Beach House

Spend a relaxing holiday at this beach house! It's a great option for a family or group of friends who are looking for a cozy place to stay during vacation.

There are two separate apartments within the same side of the house so it allows everyone to have their own space and privacy while still staying together in the same location. The fact that it is located right next to the sea is a definite plus, and the spacious terrace would provide a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

This Beach house consists of 2 apartments:

1.Apartment: located on the ground floor of the house, the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and other kitchen amenities, a spacious living room with TV, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

2. Apartment: located on the first floor, the apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and other kitchen amenities, a spacious living room with TV, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

The two apartments can accommodate up to 10 people in total.

The house has a spacious terrace right next to the sea that is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

Guests have outdoor furniture, BBQ, sunbeds and kayaks at their disposal!

This house is one half of a larger property and it means that there is a possibility that the other half of the property will also be occupied with guests. The terrace, house, BBQ and everything else is completely separated!

Free parking is available and it's located 70m from the property!

The nearest restaurant/caffe bar is aprox. 100m from the property!

In Blace you will find a couple of restaurants with local cuisine, cafe bars , and great pizza! There are 3 local shops within the town, and only a couple of kilometers away in the city of Metković you can find bigger supermarkets and restaurants with local cuisine. Blace is closely connected to many great places if you wish to make one day trips , such as Dubrovnik , Mostar, Medjugorje, Peljesac, Mljet, Ston, and many more beautiful destinations.


If you are planning a vacation with a group of friends or family, this beach house with two separate apartments could be an excellent option. Each group can have their own space and privacy, while still being close enough to spend time together on the terrace or at the beach. In this area guests are able to go swimming, snorkeling, or engage in other water activities.

Kite surfers are welcome! For those looking for an adrenaline boost, or just enjoining water activities right near Blace there is a long sand beach known for kite surfing. Enjoy the many activities, tournaments, or even take a few lessons and learn the sport!
