Property was perfect for our girls trip. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The views overlooking LBJ lake were gorgeous. Host responds quickly to messages. Would definitely stay again.

Felt like home.

Our stay felt like home but better. The upper patios had wonderful views. The unit was perfect for my husband and my getaway and had our grandsons for 2 nights. Their ways tennis, pickleball, and swimming were available. I highly recommend Caballo for an extended stay or a few days to just get away!

Property was very clean and perfect for our weekend. Only issue we found was that the refrigerator made a somewhat loud noise. Definitely not a deal breaker-just annoying. Loved our time at this property!!

Great Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for our big family. It had all the amenities of a hotel but with a cozy feel. Very nice views from the front and upstairs balcony. We even got to see a family of raccoons by the road and a few deer grazing by the pool. The pool had a few dead bugs but we did not mind taking the net and removing them. Other than that, it is an excellent place to stay and close to downtown attractions. The owners were really nice as well; fast to get back to us with our questions.

Exceeded expectations

Place was welcoming and clean. Much thought was put into needs for the guests. Nice view of the lake with deer coming up to the back and front each day. The pool is very close direct access from the back patio. Nice terrace to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Comfortably accommodated four of us. Cookware and appliances were in good condition. The only thing and this is personal preference the sheets are polyester and not cotton. Note: If you are a hot sleeper you might bring your own sheets, but that is the only negative if you can even call it that. Highly recommend as a weekend getaway with plenty to do around the area!

Everything about the property was as advertised. The pool and common areas are lovely. The view of Lake LBJ is panoramic, but partially obstructed by neighbors' tree canopies. (We are not advocating for cutting, trimming or removing the flora). The kitchen is fully appointed and stocked.Suggestion: We stayed during the summer solstice (June 22-24) and the outdoor deck is brutal in the afternoon, i.e. full sun, no shade. A large table umbrella or some other system of shade would be welcome.JFG

The townhouse was lovely and the view from the top deck was stunning with the lake. Host is always there to help. Will book again if we make it down towards horseshoe bay again!!
