We loved our stay here! Scott was extremely helpful and communicative. The view and access to the water is truly unbeatable. We drank coffee on the screened in porch, sat for hours on the beach and swam. And when the 107 degree heat became too much, we sat in the beautiful sun room over looking the lake enjoying the ice cold air conditioning - so nice. We primarily cooked our meals at the house and found everything we needed to make that easy.The house is a great location for going to Boat Town Burger Bar for a burger and beer and some live music.We had a great stay and will definitely look forward to staying here again!

The home was gorgeous, beautiful view, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was very helpful. The beds were so comfortable. After a day in the lake, it was what we needed for a great nights sleep. The owner is very attentive and even reached out to us to communicate and ask if we had further questions.

We had a fantastic stay at Mr. Stevens' VRBO in Kingsland! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake and everything the area has to offer.Mr. Stevens was an excellent host, providing clear communication and making the entire process smooth from booking through checkout. You can tell he takes great pride in his property and wants his guests to have a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay in Kingsland. Loved staying here! We will definitely be back. The Steven’s were most helpful… providing lots of great suggestions for dining and etc. Their house is comfy and cozy. The best part is you can walk out the back door and down to the beach and water

We love staying here over and over. The house has everything you need. It is always clean, the view is amazing, and the yard along with the beach is perfect for our family and grandkids. The host is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for another great visit.

This was a fantastic house in all the ways. We paid more than I wanted to since it was July 4th. We actually had booked another house that was on the same street as the house my sister and her family booked. Unfortunately that owner gave us a BS reason for cancelling is (he didn’t “mean to” rent it out). We were obviously very disappointed in that owner. However, we loved this house so much that it more than made up for it and we have no regrets! Plus we had a very memorable July 4th fireworks display on the beach. It was pla perfect way to end our trip.

Great place to stay with children! Nice layout of the house, clean and everything you need for a short getaway. The property owner did an exceptional job making sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Neat, clean, organized & cozy. We did not use kayaks or grill but they were available in ready condition! Peaceful part of the water with lots of clean beach! HEB & Boat Town Burger Bar about 5minMarble Falls about 20minWould highly recommend.

We decided to stay her for my birthday and Mother’s Day. The house was perfect for our family. We have 4 and 7 year who loved the beach. It made it easy to dock our boat and take a break from boating to allow our girls to play at the “beach”. This house is modest compared to most homes off LBJ but it made the experience feel more like homep and created more memorable memories oppose to the larger homes where every feels spread out. The communication for owner was top notch as well. Without question our family would book this home again.

Everything was perfect. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. House was cool, and the screened in porch was relaxing in the morning and evenings. The private beach area was a hit with everyone, and the kayaks were an added plus. Host checked on us to ensure we had everything. Amazing weekend. Tha k you!

The beach view was great. The beachfront has impressively nice sand and it was so nice to have the sand and the river right out the back door. The two living area PLUS the screened porched gave lots of space. Great view from inside and outside. Well appointed with kitchen and bath supplies.We stayed over New Years and recommend the location even for a winter get away since the views were so nice. Great base for locations to state parks.
