LIVING AREAS

The living spaces all center around the condo’s open-plan design, with a cozy lounge area leading to the interior dining space and kitchen that opens to the terrace with its additional dining table and BBQ. Most guests are sure to spend most of their time enjoying special moments sat around the large tropical wood table on the terrace, captivated by the ocean views.

The condo’s furnished communal pool area for the exclusive use of guests in the 10 apartments in the building area provides additional space to hang out as does the community’s private beach club and pool area.

The principal suite will lull you to sleep with the sounds of the ocean at the front of the condo with access to the shared terrace. The two guest suites are at the rear of the condo with views of tropical treetops. Bedroom 3 has wide double doors that open to the main living area.

Guests can access the quiet oceanfront communal pool with loungers and terrace for the restricted use of guests staying in the condo building (10 units) or head to the community’s private beach club where there is another pool, beach furniture, pier, restaurant and gym.
Principal Suite has the owner’s private lock-off but has plenty of closet space for guests.
Bedroom 3 has large double doors that open directly to the open-plan living space.
