It was very nice inside but a lot of steep stairs to get in and the location was a little to “city” for our taste but close to downtown. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This above-business apartment is a great stay for anyone who is in town for a few days. The location was great, amenities great, and Omaha was great. Things to know about this property- the entrance to the apartment is on the business side of building (where cars are parked), the stairs up are steep, and the road noise in master bedroom is real (earplugs are not necessary but do make it more peaceful of a rest).

It was a good value for the price given our last minute reservation. The location to the main attractions in the city was great! There are some unusual things about it such as it being located above a car dealership, and the long, spongy steps to get up to the space. The space itself was roomy, clean and well air conditioned. Some furniture was worn, but functional.

This cute apartment is centrally located and has everything you need. I did not realize it was above a dealership when I booked but that was not a problem for us. the l neighborhood was still nice.

The apt was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There were some small issues with outlets that didn’t work, in the bathroom and a ceiling fan that I couldn’t turn on. The weather was insanely hot and humid and the a/c could never cool the apt below 78 degrees. (The outside temp being 98-104 degrees) Thus the ceiling fan would have been very helpful.The most frustrating aspect of our stay was the door handle and latch. It was not working properly and could only be opened from the inside, so we couldn’t both leave to do anything.I called and messaged the host, but they were overseas and didn’t respond for two days. We had to leave two days early because of this issue, however the host refunded us two days, which was awesome of them.

The apartment is great! It is clean, well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in at first….. but that was on me….. user error. Hannah was very responsive and helped us out. Parking is clearly labeled, despite that, other peopleParked in that space so we just parked elsewhere which didn’t seem to be a problem. We will definitely book this VRBO again as we frequently travel to Omaha.

Can't beat the price for the location and space! A few things like no toilet paper and dishes dirty in cabinets (not disgustingly gross, just more so a missed spot here and there) mixed with the outside noise levels are the only draw backs to my stay. And the noise wasnt too much of an issue at night time and the host provided plenty of earbuds Location was awesome. I don't think it took longer then 10-15 minutes to get anywhere in the city and was super easy to find from the interstate. You are even walking distance from a Starbucks and a little bar. Parking can be a little tricky if you have more then one car, but not unmanageable by any means. There was also a pretty nasty tornado warning during my visit and the hosts were fast and easy to reach with any questions and was kind enough to check on us after the storm. Overall, I'd stay here again! (Also I hope you like stairs if you stay here)

This was a lovely apartment withveasy access to downtown Omaha. Yes, the street was noisy, but were from a city, so it didn't bother us or our kids. It was perfect for our stay.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. There were a few issues and the host was very prompt to respond and addressed the concerns.Arriving and returning to the apartment after dark each day, it was difficult to locate the reserved parking spot. The digital keypad did not correspond to the directions, which at night in a parking lot full of vehicles was a little unnerving. A welcome letter would be helpful to indicate the location of towels, thermostat instructions, and check-out procedures.The apartment is located on a very busy street but the host did provide earplugs and a white noise machine which was helpful.

This listing is a little difficult to find. Thankful my local friend scouted out the place before we got there. The house once inside was amazing and beautiful and tastefully decorated. There was a little confusion on the code used to get in. Beds were comfy and place was very clean.

Our stay in Omaha was good, we enjoyed our accommodations and overall rate this home a GOOD! The layout was nice and what we liked the best was the privacy. This was our first time to Omaha and we found it to be very nice location to visit. The food was good and we loved the Zoo. So nice to see everything green and clean for being a big city. Thank you to the host for always accommodating and responding quickly. If we ever decide to come visit again we will definitely check first to see if this rental is available.
