We are in the real estate business, focusing on mortgage lending, and many other private investments. Working in real estate has been an excellent way for us to leverage our skills as well as live out our "F.I.R.E." values (Financial Independence Retire Early).
With our background in finance (Chris) and experience in project management (D'Anna), we work together to identify hidden value in existing assets and find ways to create more. Since starting our business in 2020, we are proud to say that our work has helped more than 200 families achieve the dream of homeownership. We are grateful for all the lessons and friendships we've gained along the way, and we're excited about what the future holds!

We decided to add this property to our portfolio of investments because we really loved the neighborhood. It just has so much character, and we believe it's well-situated between major thoroughfares, making commuting to any part of town feasible.
Built in 1920, this home has seen this neighborhood evolve from a farming community to the bustling, eclectic urban district it is today. In 2022, after years of neglect and disrepair, we purchased this home with the intent to revive it and make it a comfortable space they could enjoy as well as others. Although the house had been neglected for many years, we were able to preserve original structure. By redesigning the layout, we turned this tiny, "shotgun style" home into two well-appointed suites with all the modern touches and amenities. We hope you enjoy staying in our space.

We really love the calm of the neighborhood, so we had to have a porch hammock swing. It's a great place to unwind and take it all in.
