2nd beach vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was our second time to the beach because the first experience was with Elliot beach rental and it was horrible and it rained the entire time this time. The place was very nice although it was a bit farther away from the beach then we like the weather was beautiful, and we had a great time

The villa was very clean and nicely newly decorated .. the kitchen was very stocked. The master bathroom Was well lighted and the area was quiet and safe!! Would stay there again!!!

The villa was very well decorated and very clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this villa very comfortable it was very well decorated and clean had all the necessities well stocked kitchen loved the shower in master. The beds were ok the other bedroom mattress was so soft !! The tv remotes were confusing and just not a fan of spectrum! Was difficult to figure out seemed more of a streaming network couldn’t get local stations but maybe we just couldn’t fiqure it out ? The outside patio was not very clean flies were bad no shade maybe put a percola over some of the sitting area ? Just a few suggestion'sWould stay here again great quiet location

Sandpiper week

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and newly renovated. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach daily. We also purchased beach chairs and left them for future renters due to the high cost of renting chairs daily. I would highly recommend this property.

Dream Vacation in North Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved everything about this rental. It was beautifully decorated in accordance to the beach and ocean theme, in addition to being very well maintained (no bed bugs or cockroaches). This safe and welcoming community provided us with a pleasant 10 minute walk from the beach. The community swimming pool was a great bonus! The water was warm compared to other pools we have been to. Overall, we would highly recommend!

Clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The place was well appointed with everything we needed, including various kitchen and bath supplies. It was helpful to have the beach wagon and sand toys as well. Checkin and out was easy and the one issue we had with a smoke detector needing replaced was handled seamlessly without any inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice place within walking distance to the beach

The property was clean and modern. The appliances were very new and in good working order. It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available for the unit as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well decorated. Large tv with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Has a grill on the patio. Kitchen well equipped. Nice washer and dryer. It’s advertised has walk to beach. It can be walked but you better be in good condition especially if you have to carry anything. Take your walking shoes. We drove to the public beach access parking. Only problem is it’s $3 per hour to park. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
