DETAILS: This GULF front, recently renovated condo features 10 ft ceilings throughout, Master Bath with 6 ft. jetted tub and a shower surrounded in tumbled marble, Viking appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors, hardwood cabinets, ice machine for the beach cooler, a dining room table that seats 8 with 4 additional at the bar. Villa Coyaba 206 has all of the amenities you need to make an incredible vacation. The only problem you'll have is leaving!

Perfect condo

This condo is beautiful and sits in the perfect location to the beach and all to do in Destin. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are great size and the balcony is a 10/10 view. Dolphins and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again. The kids loved the heated pool and quick back and forth walk to the beach setup.

Best condo experience ever

There's so much to say about this condo. This is the nicest condo I've stayed in. Lots of room for 6 people. Beautifully decorated. I couldn't believe how wonderful the mattresses are. I usually have trouble sleeping outside of my own bed. It's better than home. The bedding was soft and clean. Ceiling fans had remotes. The air conditioning was perfect, kept us as cool or warm as needed. I've had experiences where the AC was less than effective. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ garbage bags, complimentary dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, sponge, olive oils, salt and pepper, coffee. Plenty of plates, cookware, etc. ice maker that's not built in fridge. Everyone loved their BR's, bathrooms. Nice sized laundry room w/ everything you need to clean up. We actually had cable & all tv's worked. Bathrooms were spacious. Master bath had a beautiful soaking tub & large shower. Again thoughtful & beautifully packaged bottles of body wash, soap, shampoo/ conditioner & BATH SALTS for the tub. The little touches made it feel luxurious. The large balcony was gorgeous w/ super comfortable chairs ottomans & a table for 6.We were right over the pool which is beautiful, perfect view of the beach. I loved being on the 2nd floor. This condo building had 36 units and 4 floors so congestion was low, parking easy & convenient. Luggage carts were available. The beach chair guys were very kind & helpful. We may rebook next year, something we never do.

Great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time. My only complaint would be the maintenance man let himself in unannounced and then acted like it was our fault for questioning him. My 22 year old daughter and 8 month baby was there alone. I would have been more than happy to let him in if we had known. He was very rude!

Outstanding accommodations

Everything was outstanding. We enjoyed the huge patio every night, cooked burgers on the grill & enjoyed the beach everyday with the 2 chairs & umbrella included -- very nice added bonus! The gift boxes were a special surprise and very appreciated!!

What a great vacation!

My friends and I have been vacationing together for many years. We usually cruise or book rooms at an all-inclusive resort. This was the first time that we booked a 360 Blue VRBO and we were absolutely thrilled. Not only were the accommodations clean and conveniently located but the 4 of us; being under the same roof, each with our own bedrooms made this the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation ever! Checking in and out was very convenient and easy. We had no issues and no reason to contact our 360 Blue agent, as everything was spot on. Rather than traveling together every other year, we decided to vacation this way now every year! We most certainly will be using 360 Blue in the future!

Great Condo!

We loved our stay Villa Coyaba. This is our second trip to this location but first time at this condo. It was updated nice and had everything we needed. Only minor complaint was the fireplace didn’t turn on, but not a big enough deal to notify the management company. 😜. We would definitely rent this property again! Thank you!

One of the nicest condos we stayed at in Destin. There were four of us. The decorations are great. It is very well furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the ice machine was great! The unit was very clean, with the exception of the tile floors, which need a good cleaning. Though the TVs were nice it would be good to have a quality Blu-ray player or better yet a smart device for streaming movies on those rainy days. Unfortunately the family who stayed the week before us broke one of the outside dinner bistro chairs, so we were not able to eat outside like we had hoped. We requested a replacement chair, but none was provided.

We loved our stay! Great location, awesome large balcony and the unit was perfect for our family. These are the issues that need to be addressed: Lousy dryer....you have to run it 2-3 cycles to get anything dried. With the amount of money folks pay to stay the owners should replace it with a new one. It’s horrible! Bad pillows....everyone complained about them. Costco has great pillows for cheap. They need a large skillet with a lid for cooking. Pans were very so, so Lastly housekeeping must not mop the floors. They were filthy! I had to go out and buy a Swifter to clean the floors. The mop they had was horrible. Needs replacement too. Our babies were crawling around the day we arrived and their hands, knees and feet were black from the dirt. I hope the owners read these reviews and not just 360 Blue otherwise this review has been a waste of time. We will be back for sure! Love the unit just hope they address the dryer problem! That’s a biggie to me!

Villa Coyoba is wonderful. Our Unit 206 was beautiful and had very comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. Wondered if we'd hear pool noise being on 2nd floor but the heavy windows & sliding door are very soundproof. 360 Blue took very good care of us - checking in several times during the week. If there was ever an issue they were right on it and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay here again! Great location close to shopping & restaurants. Fabulous restaurant right next door (790 On the Gulf) - went there our last night & saw 2 weddings in progress out on the beach. Thanks for a great vacation!

eight of us stayed for a long overdue friends trip. we had a blast! 206 was decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. if you are planning a Destin trip book this unit! beautiful! it was very clean, and they even let us check in early! there is a cute restaurant called Camille's within walking distance. Publix isn't too far away, and the drive to the boardwalk isn't bad at all. did I mention the beach and pool.... both amazing!!!! all thumbs up from this group!

We like Villa Coyaba very much. Great facility and close to everything. Our Unit #206 is decorated nice. Kitchen is stocked well. However, we felt the carpets had not been vacuumed, looking at the vacuum, the filters were in wrong. The tile floors were dirty. We have stayed at the Villa for five years. Feel it is not getting taken care of like in the past. Our door code and pool code were changed and we were not informed.
