This 130 square meter (1400 square feet) three-bedroom three-bathroom duplex apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated townhouse owned by a Franco-American family between Saint Germain des Prés and the Eiffel Tower steps from Invalides, Musée Rodin, the Seine and the Bon Marché. The house is found at the corner of avenue de Breteuil and avenue Duquesne. There are only two residential units in the building, the other one is kept for the owners.

This flat was fully renovated in 2023 by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with high end appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
It can sleep up to 7 people (including a air bed for one person).

Please note that one bedroom has nice ventilation but no windows.

The hosts’ knowledge of the area and dedication to their renters will contribute to offering you the best possible time in Paris!

We truly enjoyed our 9 night stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious for our family of 4 adults giving everyone their own space. The location was very convenient and the hosts recommendations for restaurants and shopping were excellent.A fantastic home away from home.

Very nice property. My daughter and I stayed there for 6 nights. Great location in the 7ème. Centrally located for going around Paris. Very quiet, safe and pleasant neighborhood.The host and the property manager were both very helpful and responsive. Overall the property matched the listing. Very clean. Nice kitchen. Recently renovated. But I think the masters bathroom deserves renovations.

Beautiful unit in a very nice neighborhood. Big bright space, good for working or just hanging around. Host was attentive and property manager was available for questions. Close walking distance to several restaurants, markets, and metro.

Highly recommend this VRBO and its owner. A terrific experience from start to finish.A beautiful, clean, bright 3-bedroom in such a central location is hard to find.Four of us were very comfortable throughout. The owner could not have been more helpful.

What an incredible stay we had! First off, the location is amazing and so safe. We walked everywhere including to the closest metro which was minutes from the property. There are so many local restaurants and bakeries close by. The owners are local and available at the drop of a hat which is also pretty amazing. There was enough space for all of us and we loved our 4 nights, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property and location was perfect! The apartment is very spacious and had everything that we needed and more. The air conditioning was so helpful during the heat wave. There are tons of great cafes, boulangeries, restaurants and grocery stores near by. The area is extremely safe and very active. The street was quiet, which was perfect for sleeping. Ludovic, the owner, is so kind. The communication was great. He offered tons of great suggestions. Anton was fantastic and kept the apartment clean and toiletries refilled throughout our stay. We had such an amazing time. We highly recommend this apartment. We can't wait to come back:-)

Had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends. It felt like we had our own little home away from home. Plenty of space, well appointed, comfy beds and each had a bathroom for privacy. For groups with lots of luggage, this flat is easy to navigate, without the typical steep flights of stairs common in Paris. Would definitely stay here again.

We just checked out after a lovely stay. The place was clean and just as pictured. Communication was great and we just loved Paris. Loved having both espresso and drip coffee maker…such a treat to have wine and coffee at the flat too. A week full of beautiful Paris weather and see all the sites. Beautiful flat in wonderful neighborhood in Paris. Easy access to metro, dining and shopping. The apartment had so many amenities and lots of space for all our family. Correspondence was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled as a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys from U.S. specifically for trip to Roland Garros and sight seeing in Paris. This property was perfect for us with plenty of space. Property is as advertised and is in an area where we felt safe at all times. Easy access to Metro, Uber, or walking. Well stocked kitchen; we prepared and ate several meals at the apartment. Host is extremely responsive prior to check in for any questions. We had NO problems during our stay but host checked in occasionally to make sure our stay was perfect. A/C was a huge bonus as we traveled during the heat wave of late May/early June with temps near 90 every day. Beds were comfortable, all appliances in good working order. We truly hope to be back some day. We were spoiled by this property on our first trip to France.

Loved our time in Paris! The property was very clean and offered all the amenities needed. Easy check in. Accessibility to metro stations. We took advantage of several of the owner’s recommendations and especially enjoyed Oui Mon General.

We were disappointed in the accommodations; description wasn't fully truthful.* Patio & Balcony ??? Nothing to sit on what you call a patio, and they were dirty.* Multiple stairs with no railings.* Bad layout...Bathrooms in odd places in regards to location of bedrooms.* Keys in doors were difficult to use. The first day there was no one to greet us for about 20 minutes; we couldn't get in.* Couldn't view out windows except when upstairs.* One night music (piano & violin) at 11:00 PM!!!* No vent fan in bathroom on lower level.* No overhead light in upstairs bedroom (poor side lighting) and only overhead light in middle bedroom.* Light above the sink in main floor bathroom didn't work.* Tub with handheld shower had nowhere to hang high enough to wash hair, too high of a tub to step into, and no shower curtain.* Antoine (sp?) didn't do much except empty trash (which wasn't needed), made beds, and hung up towels. He even put a towel that was dirty (it was on the floor) over a chair on top of my nightgown.

Perfect location

So many positives about our stay including the convenient location. We loved that there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. AC was a priority and this apartment delivered. The place was clean and check in was convenient. While we didn't do any cooking, it was nice to have the refrigerator and the place was well-stocked. Highly recommend this place!

We are a Franco-American family based in London, and spending time in Paris and Provence. Ludovic (French) met Olivia (American) during his graduate studies in NYC.
Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
We have been fortunate to have met wonderful people through VRBO in the last decade. An appreciation of a certain taste and lifestyle is usually something we have in common with the guests who pick our homes.
Paris and Provence are two places where our family is deeply rooted. We have put a lot of heart into making these homes welcoming and comfortable and we hope that we’ll have the chance to host you !
