JP is awesome - he communicates the entire time as needed. The property is a typical downtown Europe property - cramped for Americans but very livable. I would probably encourage a TV somewhere in the living room, but otherwise we had an unforgettable experience!

John Paul was extremely helpful with communication and instructions. The location was great with east access to transportation and sites. The AC worked great during the tail end of the heatwave when we were there. The terrace is a nice added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this VRBO. John-Paul was very responsive, and the location was amazing, right across from Le Bristol. We were in Paris for Fashion Week, so it was especially fun to see all the excitement and activity surrounding the VIPs staying nearby. We also really enjoyed relaxing at the VRBO itself, especially the outdoor patio. The check-in videos were incredibly helpful and made arriving very easy. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The only small suggestions I would have would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom and perhaps provide a checkout video or simple checklist. We had to leave very early in the morning and didn't want to bother John-Paul, but I wasn't able to find specific checkout instructions beyond where to leave the key. Hopefully we didn't miss anything important!Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Paris.

Amazing host. Above and beyond helpful and the best VRBO host we have ever had. The flat was perfect for me and my two teenagers. Very easy to access and a good central location, we easily walked to almost everything. Also had a few different metro stops that were pretty close, one was just a five minute walk away. Very nice having a washer and dryer also, and the ac worked well. Very comfortable and clean, a great flat. I would definitely recommend this flat, I would stay here anytime we returned in the future.

We loved our stay at John Paul’s apartment!Things we loved: the check in process and communication, the terrace, the safety, the proximity to sights and grocery stores/cafes.I would definitely stay here again! Of note, we were two best friends travelling for the Paris marathon- it could not have been a better experience!

Our stay was great at this apartment! John-Paul was very attentive to communicate with us and responded immediately to our questions. The location was close to metros, usually a 10-15 minute walk depending on activities for the day. Paris was experiencing a heatwave the week we were there, which meant we were so grateful for the air conditioning! The beds were comfortable, refrigerator worked well and the washer/dryer were a bonus. There were several eating establishments nearby as well. We highly recommend this place to stay!

We were so pleased with this apartment for our 7 day stay. Our hosts were excellent with communication and responsiveness. The area is beautiful with one gallery after another, the beautiful hotel across the street and super safe with all the security surrounding the Elysee Palace down the stree. There are grocery shops right around the corner which was nice too. The flat itself felt very Paris! It was fresh, nicely furnished, very comfortable and loads of light. The terrace was a huge bonus. I would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.
