This is a fairly nice basement apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. We came before the season officially started, so the outside areas weren't quite ready for guests, but that was understandable. All in all this is a nice place, close enough to the beach and great for our stay with our granddaughter.

The property was very clean and well appointed. Large kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms. All decorated nicely on theme for Nantasket. Great location, 1 block from the beach. 1 block from Scoops ice cream. An easy drive to anyplace you could want to be: Fort Revere, World's End Park, downtown Hingham, and more. We hadn't vacationed in Hull before and we are glad our 1st time was with you. Thanks Cathy.

Great property, clean, close to a baseball field which we loved. Super close to a beautiful beach that our kids enjoyed skim boarding and swimming in.

Everything was wonderful

This property was very nice and comfortable for our needs. Anything we wanted to see was never more than an hour away, perfect.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in Hull during our trip to Boston and the surrounding areas. We are from a small town & felt Hull was a nice little oasis away from the busy city! Loved the cozy set-up here. Beds were comfortable. Very handy to have coffee, fridge, dishwasher, games, hairdryer, beach chairs and some baby items in the closets as well. It is a basement apartment which we knew & we’re comfortable with! However, if you’re accustomed to complete quiet to sleep/unwind, you may want to bring a sound machine or fan :) Overall great experience. Thanks Cathy!

Cozy get away

The rental was lovely in a quiet area of town. Our host was wonderful and aways responded quickly with and questions we had.

Great property

We had only a short stay in this property but it was wonderful. We had plenty of room and it provided a great family retreat as we celebrated a graduation in Boston. We would certainly return!

Great Stay

Great venue and fantastic location. Was some trash left in a bag by the front door that an animal got into, had to clean that up.

Didn’t want to leave!

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time staying here! We both had our own cozy rooms, plus a lovely living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything felt so spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner really thought of all the little things a guest might need, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was absolutely delightful—we really didn’t want to leave!

Cathy had great communication! We were struggling to get in and she was very quick to respond and make sure we get in. The unit was very clean and homey!

More towels would have been appreciated. Stands for suitcases.Getting in out at night was difficult without the place having proper lighting. Better description that the driveway was located to the left of house.

Hi Helene, If I had known you needed more towels I would have given you more. The home has only 1 driveway way and it's directly I front of the house, no one ever had an issue finding it before. We have lights outside the door front door and are putting in spot lights for night. Cathy

Relaxing stay at a great location

This property comes as advertised. The pictures are accurate. It is very well designed space and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for my wife and I and would be good for two couples. Nice fenced yard for children to play. Outdoor space for morning coffee or evening cocktail. It really is a very short walk (minute) an easy beach access. Safe location with good restaurants close by. It is the lower unit so there are some pitter patter of feet if unit above is rented but it never bothered us. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable. Pictures were very accurate. Location was easy to find and central. Cute decor.The mattresses were VERY soft and I noticed the legs of the king bed were broken underneath which made sense. The door lock was hard to navigate. It often took 3-4 times to work. Otherwise it was a nice accommodation.
