Great stay, great location. Plenty of room for our family and the pet friendly feature was a huge plus. Our dog even got to enjoy the mountains. Kids enjoyed some down time on the video game arcade and we all got to relax in the hot tub. Definitely recommend, great communication for booking confirmation, through our stay and after check out.

3 of the chairs at the property were broken when we arrived, I did inform them and they did say they would get it taken care of. The master bath tub took a very long time to drain it would fill while showering. Besides those 2 minor things it was a nice place. Nice quiet area. King bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed for a get away. The hot tub was clean and up to temp and excellent. The starter pack of soaps and toilet paper and essentials was nice. Overall it was a nice place. Our family had a great time!

Have fun and relax

The place was easy to find, located close yo attractions but not in the middle of allthe craziness. Hot tub was nice. It makes for a nice relaxing visit.

Great Quiet Property

The property was clean, quiet and in the back of a nice neighborhood. Close to Dollywood and main strip in Pigeon Forge! Went during Spring Rod Run and traffic wasn't much of an issue.

Good, secure and quiet place to stay. Very cost effective for the Pigeon Forge area and close enough to most things you’d like to do while there. Only issues were the initial access info didn’t provide the actual door lock code and most of the drains were very slow to drain. Since the listings aren’t for the specific unit, which is an interesting approach, means I can’t say this would be the same for all units under this listing. Overall good experience and would likely book here again in the future for the convenience and price point.

The only complaint I have was no Window blinds or Curtains on the Patio doors going out to Hot tub. We felt we could be seen by everyone at nite when the lights were on in the Living room giving no privacy to us.

Wonderful stay. Proerty was clean and modern. Beds where very comfortable. Quiet, the hot tub was a plus. Very well kept. Close to all the activities in surrounding area. We would stay again

Perfect place as far as location. Pretty much we only used to sleep. Was clean and as advertised.

Great location!

We came for the weekend to wrap up our winter break. Lawrence was easy to communicate with and very helpful in giving local recommendations! The condo was quiet and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub and arcade game!

A few mishaps, like the wifi not working properly and some bug issues, but communication was great and very understanding! Even sent us a door dash to help solve the problem!We would stay again!!

Perfect Townhome for Dollywood area

Perfect townhome. It is so close to everything, but out of the way. We really enjoyed the space and the superhost is fantastic. The kitchen and rooms were functional and clean. The Hot tub was clean and looked inviting, but we did not use it.

Mtn Getaway

Location was great and property was clean. Cute place....only complaints were that the King bed's mattress was EXTREMELY soft with very little support and both the upstairs and downstairs floors creaked badly, so sleeping was easily disturbed if anyone got up during the night. Just Like Home

Lawrence was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. The unit looked just like the photos and was very clean and spacious. Having the 3 bathrooms was a plus and the beds were large and very comfortable. The main bedroom closet was huge. This would definitely be a great stay for a long weekend or just a week in general. it's kind of hidden from the main attractions but it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Townhome

The town home was nice..furnished nice. Close enough to Pigeon Forge but not in the bustle of it. The floor in the dining area is soft even under the laminate flooring. It also creaks loudly. Icemaker did not work. Toilet in upstairs bath hard to flush.All minor. Kids 8&10 loved it..loved the bunk beds, game in the room and the hot tub. All in all had a great time in the TH. Thanks so much.
