Stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday weekend. The cabin was very clean. His favorite part was being on the creek and my favorite was the coffee bar. The yard could have used a little tlc and we wish it had been a little more secluded but other than that it was very peaceful and quiet. It still gets 5 stars bc everything was clean and well stocked and the hosts reply was on point with replying. And my kids loved the smores bar.

Cold plunges in the creek were a great way to start our days and finish them with a warm soak in the hot tub. This was an excellent stay for my family of 5 with 2 littles.

Towards the end of the season so the property has definitely been well used. That being said, the price for the area is a great value. It is owned by a management company so the messages back and forth are automated, right after booking I received a message to follow a link for payments and messaged them about it since I had already paid through VRBO; they replied with basically the same automated message again asking for payment so I ignored it and the payments came out through VRBO. They do message ahead of time that there will be enough paper products to get you started, and they weren’t kidding; we had 1 1/2-2 rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms and couple rolls of paper towels. Very minimal towels (although they do provide a few for the hot tub!) and even minimal dishes. It was just my husband and I so we had enough of most but the place sleeps quite a bit more so plan accordingly! Very convenient Dollar General right around the corner (with some pretty interesting characters- probably best to go during the day). Despite needing a very good deep clean and some items stocked back up, this place was so peaceful and perfect!

Wonderful little hidden gem! We felt like we were secluded and the porch and fire pit set up were amazing! We absolutely loved the views and the creek was so peaceful! The hot tub was so relaxing and the seclusion made it that much more enjoyable! Going to town was a short 30 minute commute to the parkway!

We stayed with 5 (teenager) grandkids. They loved the creek and firepit! Thank you for the s'mores ingredients! They ate them up! We did miss having a washer and dryer, but it was a minor inconvenience! We loved the seclusion and really appreciated the prompt responses from our host!

King Rentals was very easy to communicate with and gave us all the info we needed. Not a new place, but clean and comfortable. Wonderful location - more secluded than ones we saw on the other side of the creek, and it had a short trail on location down to the creek and a very small waterfall. The screened-in porch and outdoor jacuzzi were probably my favorite parts. Didn't use the firepit, but it looked inviting. Not far from Cherokee National Forest for hiking a nature trail. Had a few minor issues with things like light bulbs and squeaky doors. One thing to be aware of... we had three adults who wanted their own rooms. One room has a twin bunk over a full bed, and it's a bit awkward for an adult to sit up/read in the bed in that room. For kids, no problem. Ours was an unusual situation. Just FYI. Overall, a peaceful and nice place. Would recommend.

It was so quiet here. The sound of the water from the back porch was so relaxing. I loved the waterfall trail too. This is my favorite place I've stayed so far! Love it was out of way of traffic and so peaceful but is only about 35 minutes away from pigeon forge and gatlinburg. It’s the best of both worlds here! Highly recommend! I hated to leave it!

We loved sitting around the fire pit, listening to the creek in the evenings. There was plenty of room outdoors and indoors for activities, sitting, eating, etc. The screened in porch was perfect for our dogs! We had a nice stay!

We had an Amazing weekend trip. The hot tub and the fireplace inside made my trip so relaxing. I even left clothes in the closet and they so kindly mailed them back to me!

We had a wonderful stay. This was such a cute property and worked perfectly for our friends and family. Allen with Management was Top Tier with communication. Highly recommend staying with them! We will definitely be staying again!

Great Place!

We absolutely loved this place, we will definitely stay again. We hung out on the screened in back porch A LOT just listening to creek. Can't wait to return!

We loved the outdoor space, especially for the kiddos. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The only thing we missed was a washer and dryer, especially with little ones. But otherwise, perfect!
