Wonderful place

My husband and I were in the city to celebrate his birthday and explore the town. Location was perfect, property manager was great with communication and the property was exactly what the photo showed. It was so serene & quite. The best Vrbo I've stayed at. We will be back if dates are available!

Nice downtown apartment.

We were in town for a concert and baseball game. Perfect location. Everything was great as described.

Great for Activities Downtown

The unit was very clean and really well designed. It’s located in a great spot that’s in easy walking distance to a basketball or baseball game. While we were there, we also walked to Cleveland Browns Stadium from the rental unit. If I’m ever back in Cleveland, this will be my first choice to stay.

Cleveland Rocks

Great Place and Location My Sweet Stay

Great location for downtown Cleveland events. Very comfortable place, clean and quiet. Had a great stay. Property owner was very attentive to questions and setting up our check in.

Cleveland Guardians game

Perfect place to stay if you’re planning on going to a Cleveland Guardians game or a Cavaliers game. Both stadiums are about a block away. The Icon itself, is beautiful and probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The pics in the description match the place perfectly. The building also, is very nice and quiet, with super fast elevators. The only problem we had was initially getting into the condo itself. The keypad is darkened, until you hit that 1st number, but that 1st number is part of the code to get in. Although, Lisa was right there by voice/phone to help us out. If we ever get the chance, we would absolutely stay there again!! Thank you Lisa! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying in our property, please note that we do NOT cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn these guests away.

-One King Size Bed and a beautiful walk in shower.

-This home is accessible using a touch keypad for keyless entry.

-The kitchen is stocked with cookware, a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

-There are 2 Smart TVs (65" in living + 50" in bedroom) where you can connect to platforms such as Hulu and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi!

-Walking distance to Rocket Mortgage, JACKS Casino , The 9 Hotel, The Guardians Stadium just to name a few. The area is full of restaurants, bars, & even a local grocery store (Heinens).

-Parking: We highly suggest you use Uber/Lyft or public transportation. The space is located in the heart of Downtown CLE's most popular attractions. There are several parking lots nearby and also street parking which is only available at certain times of the day. Your host will help guide you to the best parking solution during your stay.
