This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the commercial rue du commerce. . This residential district has easy access to transportation with the Dupleix ( line 6), the Motte Piquet Grenelle ( line 6, 8 and 10 ) and the Champs de Mars Tour eiffel metro stations ( RERC direct to Versailles) . The Seine river bank is also around the corner.

The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator consists of a living room which provides a view of the Eiffel tower and a sofa bed ( queen) , a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo , a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed with again the Eiffel Tower view, , a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Eiffel tower, museum du quai branly and Seine river . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 10 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

The apartment was as promised: roomy, with views of the top of tour Eiffel, and close to Metro stops. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and with a huge, twice-weekly farmers market (Weds & Sun) just down the street, it's a perfect location for a Parisian getaway!

Olivier was very helpful on checking in. The room is on the next top floor, and can get a bit hot. They provide fans which are very effective. There’s a nice bakery down the street at the small grocery store around the corner. It’s in a fairly quiet area of town, but even one rowdy out on the street at night can make a lot of noise because it reverberates in the street. It’s well equipped and is everything I needed for my stay. The bathroom could use a deep clean as it smell of mold. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Amazing apartment with Eiffel Tower view. Quiet neighborhood with lots of things close by, but out of the fray. Host was super with communication and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Location

Close to the Eiffel Tower and easy to get to market shopping days, grocery stores, subway, and bakery. Excellent place for a family of four. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Perfect place to stay in Paris. Thank you!

Excellent property in perfect location

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. The location is perfect - a lovely central neighborhood that’s very walkable and near multiple transit lines. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.
