We were visiting Paris in the heat wave which added extra challenges for our family. The space was authentic of what Paris has to offer. We were grateful for the renovated bath tub and shower, particularly for the hot days. We appreciate the host’s prompt responses. Location was very good.

This was an amazing place! 10/10, just don't underestimate the stairs to get up there and remember no A/C in most of France.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious apartment in the Latin Quarter. Go slow on the stairs but they are very manageable. Great communication from host.

Communications were smooth and very efficient. The room was spacious and the view just cannot be beat. The stairs are fun and adventurous. It was truly an incredible stay and we be returning.

This apartment was an absolute gem in our favourite area of the city. Incredible penthouse view of a lively small square that has a much more neighbourhood feel than the more touristy areas closer to Notre Dame. The view is entirely worth the stairs, which are honestly part of the charm of the place anyway. Nice cross breeze with the windows during the day. Great communication from the host, who gives very detailed instructions about everything and is very responsive. Thanks for a great homebase for our family vacation in Paris. If you are there be sure to check out Marché Maubert and Marché Monge.

The best aspect is the location! In the heart of the 5th. The apartment was nicely functional, but I wouldn't call it fancy.

The property was located in the perfect location. There were many beautiful attractions within walking distance (La rue St Germain, the Notre-dame, the Pantheon...). The bars at the bottom of the apartment were also very hospitable with great food and cocktails. Special mention to the "Petit Cafe" with its great breakfast and lunch items and very friendly staff. The room was clean and very spacious (updated bathroom). The room was perfect for three adults and would also work for a family of 4 with small kids. The only downside were the many stairs that we had to climb to get to the fifth floor as there are no elevators-to be expected in an old construction. There was also no air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep at night. We had to keep the fans running and the windows open to allow for air to circulate. We had a problem with our bathroom sink and Jean our host was immediate to respond and get the problem resolved quickly. The attention to service was impeccable. Jean explained that the owners goal was to ensure the comfort of the traveler and also explained that the owners were looking into getting an air conditioning unit in the future. I highly recommend the stay - I would definitely return (not in the summer:) and would stay on a lower floor.

The apartment was excellent. Tons of storage and lots of light. The bathroom was huge/spa like with a tub and a big shower. Check in was simple and the host communication was excellent!! Great location and easy to get to several metro stops and walking to great neighborhoods. There are 3 cafe/bars on the ground floor which was great but very popular with students drinking quite late on weekends. The noise was fine since we had our windows closed at night in March but might be a bit loud in the hotter months A very lively spot and very safe. Highly recommend.

Great location!

We loved the location! Even though we were there during record high temperature, there was a nice breeze between windows. Walking stairs kept us in shape so we didn’t mind that either.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment in the Latin Quarter was in a fantastic location—close to so many cafes, restaurants, and attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. The space was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel at home right away. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris and would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect stay for my kids and I.

We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay and the location was better than expected. All communication was handled quickly and professionally, would definitely recommend this location.

Great option in the Latin Quarter

Super clean 5th floor studio in an amazing neighborhood in The Latin Quater. So many sites to see on foot and great food options all around.

Wonderful Place, Wonderful Location

My family and I stayed at this fantastic spot in Paris for a few nights and July and really enjoyed it. The apartment was charming, had a great view, and was an awesome location for exploring the city.
