This incredible studio apartment is located on Avenida Caracas, a main road with public transportation (transmilenio), a privileged view to the west of Bogota, and is close to the International Center, universities, restaurants, the National Park, museums, and many other tourist sites or places of interest for anyone who wants to be close to the vibe of the city. The apartment has a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, a washing and drying machine, bathroom, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Horrible

We got to the apartment and we were not allowed in! We NEVER got any communication from the property manager about needing copies of our passports. Here we are in a country where we don’t speak the language and we had no way to fax the information. The next day she contacted us and asked just for the information. This was the day after. We had already made different arrangements. Horrible communications.

Apartment in photos maybe smaller than it appears

This apartment is relatively nice, but small. It was less clean than I would have liked. It had some alarming maintenance issues. The two chairs at the desk were very wobbly and unsafe. As I was sitting there one day a screw fell out. I borrowed a hex key set from the security desk and tighten all the screws on the chairs. The washer/dryer unit did not get my clothes dry. The lamps in the pictures are merely decorations as there's no place to plug them in. There were other poor maintenance/shoddy construction issues. Communication with management was an issue.

Great Apartment for a couple of solo traveller

Spotlessly clean, new and modern right next to a bus station. The apartment is small but is all that you need. Well equiped but there is no coffee maker. You just have to boil the water on the stove. Good sized fridge and washing machine and good blackout blinds. It is on a very busy road so it can be noisy early morning and during the day, but is quiet overnight. You should be aware that while they say your checkin code will be sent on the day of arrival they don't send it until AFTER the cleaners are done which wasn't clear initially.

The area where the apartment is located is incredible. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bogotá due to the preservation of its houses, which remain intact. A park and green trees are very close by, along with restaurants and cafes on Park Way. It's a very lovely area, with a nearby police station and universities. Additionally, public transportation is very close, making it easy to travel to the airport, the city center, or the Zona Rosa.

The studio apartment is very comprehensive. It features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed comes with a comfortable double mattress, and the TV provides access to all Netflix movies and series. Additionally, the studio includes a desk with chairs for working and dining. It also comes with a single sofa bed for a possible third guest, and the bathroom is fully equipped and modern.
