This luxury private villa has two levels of living space. The first level consists of an open living space with a galley kitchen, large dining area, expansive living area and a convenient half bath. The living area has ample seating and a large smart television which makes all gatherings fun and inclusive. The galley kitchen is fully stocked for preparing delicious and complete meals with absolutely everything a home chef needs. The round dining table seats 6 adults comfortably while 4 bar stools provide an additional bar height seating at the kitchen counter bar.
Up one flight of stairs are the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a large private en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower while across the hall the two small quest suites share a hallway bathroom directly across from their doors. The master bedroom has a king bed, a reading chair and a desk. The two guest rooms have one queen bed in each bedroom. All beds have Purple mattresses and luxury percale sheets for the best nights' sleep possible. The master bedroom has French doors to a terrace with sweeping views of the tropical blue ocean blues of the Florida Keys.
Double doors in the living room open to a covered patio with breathtaking views of the canal, community swimming pool and Gulf of Mexico. The steps off the patio lead to the 31 foot dedicated boat slip just steps away on a wide dock. Close by are fish cleaning stations and a water source. Perfect for fishing and boating, the dock and slips are basically a private marina just out the back door.
The grounds of this marina villa community are extraordinary and plush. Grass, palm trees, and layered landscaping are in every direction. The enormous community pool is heated and surrounded by lounge chairs and entry stairs. At one end of the pool are bathrooms and an ice machine for convenience of the guests.
The community also has a gym with all professional equipment for the use of all guests and owners.
