We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds and view of the ocean were amazing. And we loved the pool! Will definitely stay again!

Best Marathon vacation

Happy in the keys is the best company by far. This was our 3rd time coming and we are already booking our 4th and we just got home yesterday. Sean and Jose are amazing and always take great care of us. Thank you for making our family vacation top notch. The villa is perfect, great beds and just beautiful. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Our stay was relaxing, the details were on point, and the beautiful views made it unforgettable.

The villa was spotless, with breathtaking views from the villa and thoughtful touches like essential oils and festive Christmas decorations. Communication was excellent—100% recommend!”

Excellent place to stay

The grounds of the property were beautiful and well maintained, the Villa was super clean, newly updated and decorated beautifully, the property manager was very responsive and attentive.

Easter Break.

The house was beautiful and the area was quite. Our stay was so relaxing. The boat slip on the property was so convenient. We will definitely be back.

This property is always a pleasure to stay BUT this unit is even BETTER than the rest! We have stayed in at least 6 or 7 of these and this unit is BY FAR the nicest!!

Sunset villa Indigo Reef Marathon FL

Sunset villa was impeccably maintained. The house is well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Sean, the Director of Happy In The Keys was super responsive to every question we had about the property. Every detail was well thought out by Sean and team 🌺🌴🐠🍹

Amazing waterfront home

This is an amazing place in Marathon key. Boat dock out front make getting on the water a breeze. The host are amazing and do everything to ensure you have a perfect week. Pictures tell the story and are very accurate. Best part if you’re bringing a boat, they offer a private boat ramp and storage lot for the trailer. Huge perk, highly recommend.

Amazing place & Can't wait to come back!

If you’re thinking about renting this place in the Florida Keys, stop overthinking and just do it. This townhouse was absolutely amazing! Like, wow. Everything was super clean and felt so deluxe—like you’re living the high life for your vacation.The views? Gorgeous. I’m talking those “pinch me, is this real life?” kind of views. And the amenities? They seriously thought of everything. The boat slip was a total game-changer—if you’ve got a boat, you’ll appreciate how easy it is to dock and go. And the location? Perfect. You’re close to everything, but the property itself is tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful. Every time we came back, it was like, “Ahhh, we’re home.”Oh, and can we talk about how safe we felt? Honestly, the whole property and area had such a comforting vibe. It’s also a dream spot for families with kids—it’s quiet, safe, and there’s plenty of space to just relax and enjoy.And the hosts? A hospitality! They were so helpful and welcoming, always making sure we were good without being overbearing. It’s rare to find that perfect balance, but they nailed it.Bottom line: This place is a gem, and we’re already planning our next stay. You won’t regret booking it.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The hosts were extremely helpful and available at all times, the home is beautiful, and the dock for your boat is right outside your door. In 18 years of trips to the Keys we have not found a better place and are already planning our trip here for next year.
