It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room.

The space
The house is ideally located in a beautiful private development surrounded by nature, with a communal pool, and 24/7 security,

It's perfect for families who want to relax away from the noise.



Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, quality bed linens, towels, and parking for 2 vehicles are all provided free during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, & conditioner. We also provide some paper towels, , dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your convenience.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Casa Morgan. The home sits inside an amazing ecovillage that feels peaceful, safe, and full of nature, our kids absolutely loved watching the iguanas and spider monkeys around the property.The location is perfect: tucked just off the main highway, which makes day trips incredibly easy and saves you from the heavy Cancun traffic. You’re also just a short drive from Puerto Morelos town, the Ruta de los Cenotes, and plenty of great local spots.The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything you need. The main pool area is a highlight, spacious, quiet, and a great place to unwind after exploring.We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Casa Morgan is a gem for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature.

Diana was very communicative and made everything really easy! There were plenty of towels, basic supplies, cozy bedding and pool toys! We’ll be back!

Super convenient and safe

Staying at Casa Morgan was a great experience. I felt really safe in the complex. They have some sneaky bugs that can come in, but other than that my kids didn't realize they weren't at home which shows that they were really comfortanle theyb

Base for a Riviera Maya Trip

We loved the place. The house was comfortable and in an excellent location—perfect as a base for a trip to the Riviera Maya. There were plenty of towels, which we really appreciated since we went to the beach (the beach at Puerto Morelos is one of the best) or pool almost every day. The community pool area was great, and we were able to see monkeys and agoutis (sereques) in the surrounding forested areas.Diana was very responsive and helpful with our questions and inquiries.

Excellent stay!

The house was very well equipped, new and clean. Can accommodate 6 adults with space to spare. In a quiet and safe development. The shared pool and spaces were all well kept and updated. The plunge pool on site was amazing! Very good value . Also, all correspondence was answered very quickly, check in and check out easy and efficient. We would definitely go back!

Absolutely Perfect

We were so happy to find the house exactly as deacribed, and even better. The house was very well stocked, you will only need your clothes and food. Comfortable, clean, spacious and safe. We rented a car from Cancun and it was easy to find and easy to get between the house, Cancun and Puerto Morelos. We will stay there again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed the quite area of the property. Tucked in the jungle, about 10 min drive away from Puerto Morelos beach and town, we enjoyed the house, many amenities and extras it had to offer. Loved the beach chairs, cooler and brach towels (never knew these extras would be so important to have lol). The living space was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and 1 child. Everyone had their own space, rooms to themselves and clean & peaceful places to interect.The host was great & easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be able to quickly get into town or the beach, but loves the peacefullness of being just outside of the hustle & bustle of town.
