The lodge was wonderful. Super spacious and inviting. The space was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The whole stay was quite enjoyable.

The house was terrific, we had a great time with the fire pit, hot tub, and hanging in the huge great room/dining area. Everything was clean. The host was easy to contact and responsive.

Very easy to check in..clean house. All the kitchen essentials...the host was very friendly..There was a small issue with the hot water tank but they sent a guy to fix it within about twenty minutes of my message. Would definitely stay there again. The area was beautiful and the drive into town was only a few minutes with lots of places to shop and eat. Great place to visit. Bring the family

Awesome place to stay with many things to do in the place. Only a 5 minute drive into the town but still was secluded in beautiful Ellicottville. Place was super clean. Host were quick to answer any questions we had.

Spent a few days here with 14 family members. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the fire pit and the supply of firewood. We also love the very comfortable beds and comforters. The host was very responsive for the few items we had questions on. Would recommend this to anyone.

For winter time and skiing, this chalet would be optimal. However, for summer time, it was a bit expensive for the distances required for summer time activities. The town has numerous bars, but isn't geared toward family activities. For this price you would expect a pool or local lakes, etc. Cabins we have rented in this price range have theater rooms, indoor pools and lots of local family fun. This is more of a pricing expectations from what we have had in the past. Great for winter, not so much for summer.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home and its location were perfect for our group, and Dean and Vic were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. The space was comfortable, well‑equipped, and offered plenty of activities for our group of 14. Overall, a great experience!

Our stay was for only 2 nights and the house was beautiful. Check in was easy. Bedding was comfortable. One of the main reasons we picked this property was that it said it had indoor and outdoor games. They had a pool table, shuffle board, and kids games. Unfortunately most all the kids games were missing pieces or no instructions. All but 1 cue were missing the tips and the outdoor games were 1 frisbee. We contacted the owner and they responded quickly but we spent so much time trying to locate something to do that we ended up going into town and had to spend even more money on activities for the kids. They did bring a cornhole game on the second day at 4pm but even that had one of the bags with a tear in it so we tried to fix it but there were no pins, paper clips etc. not even a pad of paper was in the house. I think if you ask a premium price, the house should be well equipped and everything should be in good shape.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was clean, well-appointed, and even had bonus amenities like robes in the closets. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It’s a little outside of town, but we enjoyed the more secluded and rural scenery. A bonus surprise was the cute little stream running through the property. It was very serene to sit by the outdoor firepit while listening to the babbling creek. The hosts were very quick with responses and incredibly kind. We will definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful with plenty of room. Everything was just as advertised and it was very clean. The location was convenient, only a few minutes from town. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back!

We had the most amazing trip! This house had everything we needed and wanted. The owners are truly incredible to work with. They are kind, and respectful, and helpful. They were quick in response time from start to finish. I can’t say one bad thing. The property and owners are a well run machine. I needed a winter break and we got it!! We’re so grateful!

Nice home tucked away

Nice house close to town! We had enough room for 8 adults and 8 children. The Adventure Park nearby and Little Rock City were a hit with our group.

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation

This beautiful log chalet provided the perfect setting for our family ski vacation. The home was clean with quality linens and a well-appointed kitchen, and it was close to town and the slopes. The layout worked well for our family of 8 adults plus an infant and toddler- there was space for everyone. The hot tub was much appreciated après-ski!The host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this lovely chalet and would stay here again on our next visit to Ellicottville.

Beautiful log cabin just outside Ellicottville

Our stay was great at this beautiful retreat in Ellicottville. There were 10 of us, 3 families in total. The bedrooms worked out great with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Hot tub and bonfire area, pool table and shuffleboard. Entertainment for everyone! I would highly recommend!

Perfection in every way!

The chalet was exactly what we were looking for! We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation here with friends and family. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare lovely meals and the basement is wonderful for fun family time together! Highly recommended in every way. The floor plan offers plenty of space so that you don’t feel on top of each other too! Will definitely be back!

Great House for a Family Gathering

My family had a wonderful stay at this house as we celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. We selected this house because due to its location where we could enjoy hills covered in the colors of fall. The owner of the property was friendly, always responsive, and attentive to questions and concerns. Inside: Warm, inviting, and clean with plenty of amenities and modern furnishings. Bedrooms provided plenty of space and were situated on three different floors allowing us to spread out and have our own space. Comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. Three spacious bathrooms made sharing easy. The bathrooms were very clean and quality linens were provided. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy family meals. Living room was comfortable and inviting with a beautiful warm fireplace. Great entertainment options: TVs, pool table, shuffleboard table, board games, extra refrigerator on the bottom floor for drinks. Outside: House was secluded with no other houses nearby (just one across the street and over 100 yards away). Nice fire pit area with plenty of comfortable seating. Large hot tub that was fun to use in the chilly weather. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Beautiful lawn and trees. Overall, this house rental provided my family with a memorable experience, a relaxing and enjoyable long weekend. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
