Our book club just spent two wonderful days at this amazing property. The home is beautiful and well appointed with many cozy spaces to gather. This is the perfect space for a family reunion or any occasion.We were able to take a quick five minute walk to town for shopping and dinner. Everything was perfect. Thank you !

The house was exactly perfect for a weekend away with girlfriends. The house was huge with plenty of space for all of us. Lots of bathrooms, kitchen space, living areas, and an amazing backyard for summer lounging. It was a short 10 min walk into the cute downtown strip and a five minute drive to the Holiday Valley ski resort. Highly recommend this house and host for your next visit to charming Ellicottville!

The house was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. Location is walkable to town and a very short drive to the slopes. Would definitely rent again.

Reunion

It was a wonderful experience with 4 to 5 families. We enjoyed our stay in this ski resort area. Best calm town with a wonderful running area

Beautiful, very accommodating house for larger groups.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this very large, beautiful house! So much room to spread out and a room large enough to all be together! Very clean with everything we needed. There were a couple of problems when we arrived but our host took care of them right away. He was very easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay there again!

Great House

This house was wonderful. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful. It's a very short walk into town. There was also a huge mudroom that was great for putting all our ski stuff in. It was one of the best houses we have stayed in. I would recommend it for any large group.

Great Stay!

The house was large enough for two families and my parents. We had a great time and found it very clean. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen was not adequately supplied for our large group. However the owner quickly responded when we needed anything and had things over to the house that we needed. I believe that this won’t be an issue for future renters as the owners were eager to make sure we weee accommodated. Overall, it was a great stay and had lots of space for us. We especially loved the drop zone for all our ski gear just inside the back entryway.

This house was perfect for our Family Reunion. Clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of places to relax together: living rooms, front porch, private back yard with couches, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, foosball table. Set just off the main road so it was quieter than the main road, yet very close to everything in town. Only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store, brewery, winery, arboretum, playground. We all enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect for our group’s needs! Perfect walking distance to downtown, plenty of parking, great outdoor spaces, and overall just a great stay!
