Welcome to Serenity Hills Zion , Sleeps 10 +

Located right off scenic hwy 89 and located on the route right in the middle of Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The Zion is the gem in my vacation rental retreat. 2500 sq feet of living space will help you feel right at home. My property is shared with 6 other rentals cabins. The home is located 3 miles from Orderville, Utah where we have a grocery store, Family Dollar, gas stations, and East Zion in Experiences (our local adventure center headquarters).

perfect getaway for the family and very clean. There’s plenty of space for things to do with the family and it’s not far from a lot the national parks around. Definitely a family destination place to check out .

It was the perfect home away from home for us. Situated between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP. So convenient to grill our meals and eat outside on the picnic table. Loved having laundry in the home as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Loved that there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Everything was nice and clean and the host provided a lot of information on things to do in the area. It was the perfect central location for the areas we visited - We traveled to Zion (little over an hour to South entrance), Bryce (around an hour), Kanab (30 minutes), and Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Escalante (a little over 2 hours). Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you’re wanting to visit Zion and Bryce without packing up and switching houses in the middle of your trip. Our boys loved the basketball court in the little bit of downtime we had in our busy trip. The host was a great help answering questions about the area.

This place was a amazing! The house was a perfect fit for our family, and the kids absolutely loved the basketball court for the evenings after our park visits!

Family friendly home

Great place for 2 families to stay with kiddos. We were able to enjoy Zion, Bryce and Kanab area.

Great location

It was very clean and a good location so we could enjoy Bryce and Zion. We had plenty of room and enjoyed using the gas grill.

The host communicates well, check in was easy, the space while it does sleep 10 was a bit small for our group of 8. There was limited space for luggage in two of the bedrooms and the kitchen had limited counter space. We stayed here at the beginning of our 7 day trip and had a lot of groceries and ate in for all our meals. It was a challenge with the smaller kitchen. The sofas seemed worn and uncomfortable. They might consider replacing them soon.

Great location!

Very comfortable home! Very clean. Everything we needed was there! Short drive to Zion. We also drove to Bryce while staying here.

Family Trip

Loved this location! We came to visit more National Parks & this was in a great central location to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North, & the Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park. My family of 4 stayed and loved the space we had to spread out. It was clean, cozy, exactly what was shown on the website…it was a nice home away from home. Our first morning heading out we even saw a deer heading up the hillside. Highly recommend!

Spring break trip to Zion and Bryce

Nice size for a group of 10. Nice layout. Comfortable mattresses. Had a nintendo 64. Good internet. Nice location between the parks. Owner was very responsive. We would recommend!

Just what we needed

And almost every property you can pick about little things, but in all the big ways this property was perfect. Plenty of space for our group of six, board games the video games and a basketball court for my kids. Perfectly located between Zion and Bryce canyon, it took about an hour to each visitor center. I highly recommend this property.

Serenity Hills

Great location between Zion and Bryce but had to drive a ways for food. We had 3 couples and a single. Only 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. The other bedroom had 6 bunks. Would have been ideal for kids but adults not so much. We made it work and enjoyed our stay!

Thanks for the feedback, there’s actually a master suite with a king and futon, and another room with a queen and the bunk room, I agree it’s more setup for larger family’s , but was spelled out in the Listing there wasn’t another queen bed! Glad you enjoyed your stay though!

Utah National Parks trip

We chose this property because of its location between Zion and Bryce parks. The living space was great, large and open, great kitchen. The owners helped with detailed directions and left lots of suggestions for the area in the unit. Beds were very comfortable. We were however, unaware that the master bedroom was upstairs. The main bathroom downstairs is on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms. The only clothes closet is in the bunk room, which we did not use. But, overall, this property suited our needs for the time we were in the area. Would recommend to others.

Good location; central to both Zion & Bryce. Host provided a lot of good recommendations for eating and grocery shopping. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and K Cups, which is not always so at other places, so appreciated. Fridge has a water & ice dispenser which was great for the desert.I would not say it was “dirty”, but it is worn with holes needing patched and rugs that are stained, so certainly not the cleanest ‘looking’ place we’ve stayed.
