A scenic cottage getaway in the heart of Southern Utah's canyon country awaits outdoor enthusiasts at this Glendale vacation rental house. Recently updated to provide modern comforts while maintaining the 100-year-old charm, this sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Antelope, Peekaboo, and many more. After each adventure have a BBQ, read a book under the covered porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or watch Netflix.

Pinkie's offers a large driveway on the property that can easily accomadate several vehicles. Access the house from the driveway by a wheelchair friendly ramp or stairs with handrails.

Fully furnished and well equiped kitchen for cooking your own meals. Washer and dryer available for your use, soap included.
Full-Size hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of fluffy pillows, and towels.

Step inside the lovely cottage home and enter the bright, fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and modern appliances. Whip up favorite recipes throughout your stay and set the 6-person table in the dining room to share family meals.

Wonderful time in Bryce and Zion

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

We were between Zion and Bryce in Glendale on rte 89 about 40 miles from Kanab. The house is very comfortable and immaculate. The host, Connie, is a delight. A great stay! Thanks.

Zion/Bryce Canyon

This house was located in a great spot to go to both Zion & Bryce Canyon for our hiking adventures. The owners were super nice and even had a binder on a lot of nearby trails. The house is located on a highway, however, we really did not notice it. When we come back this way we will definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

Connie was an excellent hostess. The house couldn’t have been any cuter. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very easy to find. We liked our stay very much and would absolutely stay there again if in the area. My only (very minor) complaint would be the noise from the road. I slept with the window open, so if it were closed I wouldn’t have heard anything

Cozy retreat in Glendale

Everything was as described. It was a very cozy stay as we toured Capital reef and Zion. The location and house brought back fond memories of my grandparents house I used to visit as a child. If you're kids are light sleepers like ours are, they might have trouble acclimating to the road noise in the rooms closest to the main road. We simply changed up room assignments after the first night and they were fine. Overall a wonderful stay in a wonderful town. We are grateful to the host and for the opportunity to reside at this property.

Great place to stay!!

The host was so easy to work with and very helpful with logistics and things to do in Southern Utah. The house was a perfect location for Zion, Bryce and Kanab areas. It was well stocked with kitchen items and had plenty of room. Connie’s art work was a special touch! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental for Zion and Bryce

Great location for Southwestern Utah adventures. House was very comfortable and clean. Owner was great to deal with and helped to make sure that we had a good trip.

Great location

Thanks for letting us stay at your house, Connie. It had everything needed for 5 people for 5 day stay. Appreciated 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and RO water! Great location to access Zion and Bryce, among countless other parks. Thanks again!

Great place

We loved the house with all its old school charm while still giving us all the modern amenities (ie water softener and filtered water!). We had plenty of room for 6 adults. And the property was beautiful, we enjoyed the fire pit every night! Connie was friendly and helpful. She stopped by to give us a brief history of the property. I would highly recommend this place!!! If we are ever in the area again I’m staying here!!

Lovely Country Home

Great country charm. Very peaceful. Love sitting out among the roses🙂. Lots of chickens and roosters walking in the yard every morning. That was fun! We enjoyed visiting with Connie and her husband. Connie's homemade jam was delicious 😋

Great Stay and Perfect Location

Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Home was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking meals. Host was responsive and accommodating!

Visiting Bryce and Zion

We had the best time. We visited both Bryce and Zion while staying at Pinkie's Place. Connie was a great host, answering all my questions in a timely manner. She even left us bagels and cream Cheese for our first morning! What a treat! Would stay here again.

Home away from home

We stayed here four nights and loved it! We really liked the central location between Bryce and Zion. Connie has made this the most adorable little cottage. Her art work is amazing and all the other little touches made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and we ate several meals in. Nice hot showers and fluffy towels! Great place provided by a great owner!!

Centrally located and has it all

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinkie's Place! We loved coming back to our home away from home after action packed days in the parks. The owners are kind, helpful, and provided many great suggestions on area attractions. Pinkie's Place is clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed for the week to make our stay enjoyable. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful week! Sorry we missed the car show but there was just so much to do!

Nice time at Pinkie’s place

Connie is a great hostess and made sure our stay was fantastic. She provided many suggestions for restaurants and entertainment, her communication was great and, she was helpful in telling us where to go for meals. The house is clean and well-kept, The only knock I have on the place is that it is right on highway 89, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. We came to see Bryce and Zion, and Pinkie’s Place was smack dab in the middle of those parks. All in all, we had a great time here!

Great location for Zion & Bryce

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Connie is a wonderful host and even had left us bagels and cream cheese for our first morning. This was such a lovely home to come back to after a long day exploring either Zion or Bryce. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting these two parks.

Trip to Zion and Byrce

Connie first of all you communicated with me before, during, and after staying at your rental. We found this very helpful because we could plan accordingly. Second, you made us feel right at home from the minute that we arrived. I liked how we were able to meet you in person. I loved how you had written a card for us to read when we arrived. We had gone grocery shopping before we arrived. It was nice that you had bagels and cream cheese in the refrigerator for us. We are so glad that you told us to go in the East Entrance instead of the South Entrance for Zion. What a great way to start and end our day. So beautiful!!! Your house is going so cozy and it is in a great location for both Zion and Byrce. It was great to come home to after a day of hiking. You gave us great tips to for places to eat in Springdale and other things to do besides hiking. We ate at a great Mexican restaurant Oscar’s when we we went hiking at Zion. For Byrce we ate at the hotel/lodge by Byrce National Park. We loved coming home every day to the black cat. We enjoyed hanging out with with her/him. We also bought food for the cat. She/he was very happy about that. There isn’t anything that we feel that you need to improve in. We would definitely stay at your rental place again and recommend it to other people. Anfitrión: Connie

Roger and Connie love this sweet house and named it "Pinkie's Place" after his mother. She was nicknamed Pinkie by his father and signed all of her love letters to him "Pinkie." Pinkie fell in love with Stub when she was 5 years old.
Roger was raised in this home and has always stayed in this area. He learned to be a mechanic from his father and runs the Sinclair Service Station a few miles south in Orderville. Connie is an artist and loves quilt making and now teaches art at the high school.
Connie and Roger love the area and feel blessed to live here and have spent many hours out in the backcountry. They never get tired of seeing the beautiful scenery in the place they live.
