Location is great for Rum Point and Starfish Point. Over the Edge is a great eatery. The lanai is great for a morning cup of coffee.

Excellent stay at Dream Kia- highly recommend. We rented a car and explored the entire island. Nearby restaurants were very nice, enjoyed the BBQ Tuesday evening at Kiabo. Beds were comfortable, home very well stocked with essentials- and lots of extras. Bio bay was super cool. Lots of great snorkeling and fun pool. Traveled with my family of four and bedrooms were perfect.

A bit off the beaten path which is exactly what we were looking for but easy to get around by car. Wish I booked it for longer!!

It was the best place we stayed at in Rum Point. Perfect! Location was exceptional and the accommodations were supreme! It was a lovely vacation, i cant thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. I would love to return again.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Dream Kai. The house is clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Loved the kayaks for exploring the Bio Bay and daytime activity. Great location for access to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Point. We drove all over the island from our home base.

Amazing experience

The house was very clean, and all amenities were included and more. We loved our time and felt very safe. The bioluminescent bay was very cool. Highly recommend!

Great place

This was a very clean condo and was a great location for our family. We prefer rum point over the seven mile beach area since it is less crowded. We were able to walk over to the beach and head back to the condo for lunch etc. We had a great stay here.

Perfect getaway for a family

Location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach, the pool was great and the view was even better! The host was so courteous and friendly and called to check on our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our week at Dream Kai

We had a wonderful vacation recently at Dream Kai. From the moment we entered the residence we immediately felt at home. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks out to see the bioluminescence Bay and being steps away from Run Point!

Great getaway

Very clean and good location for nighttime kayaking and hanging out at Rum Point. Kitchen well stocked with pans and utensils. Used cooler for trips to beaches. Comfy bed. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Townhome!

Beautiful property, and had everything we needed for our family of 5. The kayaks were a great bonus to enjoy the bioluminescent bay (so cool!).

Loved the property! Quite yet access to so much! Run point is a 2 minute walk and the bio bay is in the backyard! Will definitely be coming back and Nigel the host was excellent!

Nice place!

House was nice and clean, great location if you want to get away from the crowds. It's about 50 minutes to get to the west side and about 20 minutes to the east. Great view, short walk to a nice beach and good restraunt.

Lovely and relaxing

This condo was very nice and cozy. Everything was as expected just a few minor things, no soap in the half bathroom, sheets on king bed kept slipping off, one of the snorkels was broken and 3 of 4 fins had broken straps. The location was great, nice clean pool and well kept grounds. The screened in porch was perfect for meals! Really enjoyed our stay!

Another wonderful visit to Dream Kai

This was our third family vacation at Dream Kai. It's a perfect getaway. The townhouse is in excellent condition and everything you need for vacation is provided. We kayaked, swam in the pool, and walked across the street to enjoy Rum Point. We look forward to returning.

House was clean and the area was quiet. I didn’t realize that it’s an hour away from most restaurants and seven mile beach which was my fault for not researching better. Other than that, the stay was great!

Amazing spring break

Our family of four had the perfect time at Dream Kai. We loved the relaxed pace of Rum Point yet there's still so much to do. Kayaking on the bio cove was a highlight! So easy to do from Dream Kai. Everything was exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and cove!
