One of the best units at the Retreat at Rum Point, with 280 degree views from an open 3rd floor deck. The Retreat at Rum Point is a low density complex with 23 units on 3.5 acres and 1200 feet of white sandy beach right next to Rum Point Beach (Recently awarded one of the top 40 beaches in the world in 'Endless Vacation' magazine.) You have the quietness of a private beach with all the amenities and activities available at the Rum Point Beach Club.

Unit is well equipped for your vacation enjoyment with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, and vanities. Central zoned air conditioning throughout.

The Retreat at Rum Point has a lighted tennis court, swimming pool, exercise and game room, and on site management.

Dave was very communicative and so helpful during our stay! We were in town for a family reunion, and loved the space and how well stocked the kitchen was. We felt very comfortable and had the best time. Can’t wait to come stay here in the future!

Great Location in the Caymans

One of my favorite vacation spots did not disappoint! Love this location and the sereness of Rum Point. Had a great trip and can't wait to come back.

Best view of Rum Point

Great view, loved the screen porch and easy access to Rum Point & Kaibo. Unit was fully stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this rum point condo! Having 3 full baths for our group of 6 was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved waking up and seeing the beautiful views. Would definitely book here again!

Amazing view

This condo is perfectly placed to enjoy amazing ocean front views! For our family of 5 we appreciated all the space with three bedrooms 3.5 baths and plenty of couch space. All basic necessities were available to us. Rum Point restaurant is only steps away as well.

Spacious beachfront condo. Enjoyed sitting on the screened end porch every morning. Close to the gardens, caves etc. Enjoyed the quietness of rum point versus seven mile beach.

Wonderful Condo On Beach

The condominium was wonderful, right on the beach with lovely views. It was fully stocked with paper products, kitchen items, beach towels, snorkel gear, and charcoal for the grill. The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay there so much!

Amazing property

Beautiful spacious condo right on the beach. Amazing snorkelling-saw sea turtles and fish right in front of property. Great Beach bar and good right beside condo building. Will be even better when rum point construction is done but service, food and drinks were excellent. Will definitely be back here to stay!!

The view from the condo was gorgeous. I would difentaly stay there again. Everything about the condo was peefect. There was 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Having Rum Point next door was ideal.

Family vacation

This was an amazing property at Rum Point right on the beach with great snorkeling. We had a group of 8 with 4 kids under 10. Gigi was a fantastic property manager and very easy to contact. Everything was ready and our family had a great vacation! Can’t wait to go back.

LOCATION.. LOCATION.. LOCATION

Beautiful spot..beach wonderful and almost private yet can walk to restaurants and bar next door. Snorkeling amazing right from the beach and access to water fun and excursions next door . Beds comfortable and nice size rooms. Dated but clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend over the hussle and bussle of 7-mile beach area .

Great property at the Retreat in Rum Point! Best condo unit on the beach! Other than not having access to the property when we got there (took an hour to locate property staff as place was locked with no key code) our stay was wonderful!

I am sorry there was delay in you getting into the unit. I did confirm that check in information was sent via email prior to the guest's arrival. I do understand that important information can get buried in an email, and I will look at a way to remind people of important check in information closer to the time of arrival. I also include my cell phone number and am usually quick to respond to text messages if issues like this arise to quickly resolve problems.

Unbeatable location!

Our stay in Rum point was amazing. We traveled with our family, including a 9 month old and the proximity to the beach, Kaibo, and Rum point bar were everything we needed. The condo had all the basic amenities and there was a lot of gear including snorkel masks/fins and a paddle board to borrow. The condo is about 40 minutes from the airport/downtown Georgetown area so renting a car worked for us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo!

The place was perfect for our family. I loved listening to the sound of the waves. We walked down our steps and onto the beach. The obly concerns is when we were told the paddleboard had a whole in it, but on the last full day a worker came and got it it of the closet, and the master bath was not draining properly, which was quickly fixed. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Christmas Week 2023

Our family loved our stay! It was perfect for 5 adults. Individual space, comfortable beds & plenty of family space in the living/dining room, lanai, & lovely upstairs patio. The view is gorgeous; the best on Rum Point. It was great being so convenient to the dock to take the excursions. Well equipped kitchen when we weren’t going out to the restaurants nearby. Great internet was appreciated. We would all love to return soon!

Heavenly Memories

Gorgeous two floor beachfront in upscale, quiet northside retreat. We loved the two big patios (one screened and roofed the other open) overlooking the beach outside our condo. The owner and propery manager couldn’t have been faster or more responsive. Highly recommend this lovely piece of paradise. Try the local restaurants ans see sea turtles free at Spottswood Beach. Coral Gardens and Stingray City very close.

Great trip

We loved our stay at the retreat. There were 6 adults and the condo had plenty of room. The place was clean and the beach below was basically like a private beach for the whole stay. We loved rum point next door except the food prices were way too expensive. Our favorite local restaurants were Kiabo beach, Over the Edge and Tukka! I will say that a rental car is a must if you plan to go anywhere away from the retreat. The snorkeling out next to and under the pier is amazing. Sea turtles, sting rays and tons of fish. We plan to come back!!

Beautiful ocean front condo

This place was in a perfect spot! We went in August so not a lot of people and it was like we had our own private beach! The balcony on the top was pretty useless since it was too hot to sit out in the direct sun but the lower screened in deck was amazing! We sat on this deck every morning with our coffee, under a nice fan. At night we sat out with our drinks and didn’t have to worry about the bugs. I would definitely recommend this property.
