This 2 BR 2 BA end unit feels much larger than the other units in the building and its location insulates you from hallway noise.
It features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those nights you want to eat in. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer & dryer. You will love ending your day gazing out over the bay. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables. It really doesn't get much better!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (6 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

The place is clean and very close to the convention center

The place is clean quite and nice view and very close to the convention center, where we need to be for volleyball tournament. Will stay here again next time

Short Getaway for Sports Tourney

We stayed here when our son had a tournament at the convention center. It could not have been more convenient in terms of location. It is close to everything including the beach. The building and unit itself could use some updates but we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Place

Just simply amazing! This condo was so clean, in tip top condition and in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing at sunset. Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful condo

Nice view of the bay. Just enough room for the 4 of us who went to Ocean city for bike week. Location is great. Right next to the convention center. Very clean and comfortable.

Ocean City Vacation

We had a great time. Beautiful view of the bay side. Property management provided clear instructions and had sufficient linens/towels and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again without hesitation.

My husband and I loved the place. It was very clean. The check in process was very smooth and easy. However, I was concerned if our codes would work at the time given as I would've thought I would receive a text letting us know when room was ready. It was all good but just nervous it may not have worked. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our 4-day trip

With each room having a King Size bed, it was perfect for my mother and my two adult daughters (me and mom in one bed, my 2 daughters in the other) None of us really wanted to climb into a bunk bed. Sheet and towel service awesome. Little kitchen perfect for easy meals and snacks. Appreciated the property was ready early and received a text we could check in. I would recommend.

Beach getaway

Everything was as mentioned very nice and spacious.. the sunset views were amazing.. I would definitely recommend this condo to all my friends and family.. If I had to make any suggestions I would only say maybe different pots and skillets ones without teflon only because it peels off.. Would recommend a fan for the second room. But all in all I hope to stay here again in the future we really did enjoy it.. Very clean and spacious. Quick responses to any questions had.. Linda

Suggestion

It was a very nice place, good location with no parking issues. A few suggestions are the second bedroom needs a ceiling fan it was very humid at night especially with the restrictions of keeping thermostat at 72. The master bedroom could have had some room darkening curtains, it was very bright early in the am. Overall I would stay again !

Nice place-Great location

The location is amazing and allows you to walk to anything. The only issue we had was the tv in the master bedroom wouldn't work because the direct tv access card was not installed. Not really a big deal since we were out and about most days. Would definitely stay here again.

Uncomfortable

Dirty rugs and furniture, stopped up sinks, not enough comfortable seating, no dining table. Too small for 4 adult people. Ridiculous walk to empty trash water treatment plant noises if you want windows open. No wine glasses. Not very well equipped!

We have to say, we're surprised at this harsh rating and these comments as we have consistently received all 5 stars for this property, with 2 of them coming in back to back just prior to your stay. We have not detected the dirty rugs and furniture that you claimed, but we'll check that out. We pride ourselves in the quantity of high quality photos we provide in our listings so potential guests can see the furniture and the overall size of the property. With a sleeper sofa, large chair, seating for 5 to eat and 2 king beds, we're not sure how 4 people couldn't have been comfortable. Trash dumpsters are commonly located off to the side of the parking lots so as to be out of the way. We'll check on those wine glasses.

UNSANITARY UNIT WITH UNAPOLOGETIC MANAGEMENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Performed a walk-through upon arrival, per request. Made list of issues and relayed to management shortly thereafter. The unit WAS NOT CLEANED PRIOR TO STAY! There were FOOD CRUMBS and DEBRI throughout living area. There was a USED SPONGE SET OUT WITH FOOD REMAINS. NO NEW ESSENTIALS GIVEN(toilet paper, paper towels, or dish/hand soap, although included with stay!) There was,what can only be described as PUBIC HAIR, IN FRIDGE DOOR!TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS AND CLOTHING TAGS ON DRESSER!HORRIBLE START TO "VACATION STAY." MANAGEMENT TEAM DID NOT ATTEMPT TO COME TO A REASONABLE OR SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. (Also acknowledged that OWNER WAS LAST TO USE UNIT! but did not take accountability for conditions or try to resolve matter!)

When following up with property management she had an attitude and was bothered by my call. No customer service, just a sigh and I’ll send it again. Didn’t answer questions, confirm, anything, just I’ll send it again and concluded the call. (Thankfully we didn’t need anything from them after). Unit also didn’t have soap in either bathroom, not one tablet for the dishwasher, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. At least update the listing description to be prepared to bring everything. Pool is definitely dated and could use some updates.

I Love the Makai

Clean and close proximity to beach

We did enjoy our stay here and would come back again. My only feedback would be and it may have more to do with me than anything but the master bedroom bed was incredibly soft and I sank in way to much for my Comfort. Would give that room to the kids next time.
