The Space:
Welcome to our peaceful retreat, featuring two private driveways for the main house and guesthouse. The main house offers an open-concept layout with wood finishes, a cozy wood stove, and a well-equipped kitchen. Three bright bedrooms and a renovated full bath provide comfort, while the lower level has a second living space for games and relaxation. Step outside to the expansive deck, fire pit, and hot tub for enjoying nature and stargazing.
The modern guesthouse includes a living area, full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, and a lofted king bed (ladder access). Its wraparound deck offers stunning views of the surroundings.

- This is a two home lot, while you have privacy and separation from the other house, each home is still visible to each other and are on the same property.
- Open floor plan in the main house for convenient entertaining. The additional tiny studio home on property also has an open living-dining space that can be used as an additional entertaining space.
- Newly renovated, fully-stocked main kitchen with modern, stainless-steel appliances. The tiny studio-home also contains it's own fully stocked kitchen for added convenience.
- Renovated, clean and well-maintained bathrooms in each home.
- While the main home contains 3 spacious bedrooms with luxury linens, the separate on-property studio with a lofted king bed accessible by ladder can be used to house extra guests.
- Multiple outdoor entertainment areas including a screened-in porch, a deck with an outdoor grill and dining, a fire pit, and a hot tub. The tiny studio house also contains it's own wrap around deck.
- SATELLITE INTERNET: The internet at this property is provided by ViaSat a satellite internet company. This can cause the internet to fluctuate and possibly not allow consistent connection.
Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
