Perfectly located half way between Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park, you can bring the whole fam! This two bedroom, one bath, spacious condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including window air conditioning and laundry. With one king, two sets of bunk beds (each with a trundle), a roll-a-way and a couch, you can comfortably sleep 7-10. WiFi and streaming cable tv are included. Zero-level entry and offstreet parking is available. Ring doorbell is present and keypad used at all times. Some pets are allowed with pre-approval and a $50 fee.

Great stay for our family of 5! The host was responsive and accommodating. Best part is the condo is only a minute from the hot springs! I highly recommended this place for anyone passing through or needing temp housing.

Our host had excellent communication skills, responding immediately after booking, prior to arrival and also checking in to make sure we had no issues entering the unit. We were able to bring our French Bulldog along which was incredibly helpful. Most of the VRBO was fairly clean except when wiping up some water on the kitchen floors we noticed it was a bit dirty. They have been doing some construction and sidewalk repairs so this could be a result of that. The unit has portable air conditioning window units. Having the AC was lovely but because the windows need to be open the noise from the highway was not ideal. The unit served our purpose and was extremely convenient to where we needed to be. Thank you!

On a good note - Beds comfy-nice layout-quick response to my initial concerns.On the flip side-the unit is advertised as BRAND NEW. The structure may be new-ish but the inside of the condo is beat up! There is not a wall in any room that is not gouged, scratched up and missing paint. The A/C units are stand-alones that really had a hard time keeping the place cool even with the blinds and curtains closed. The A/C unit in the master bedroom sounded like a wounded animal. The ceiling fans were filthy, an exploded gatorade in the freezer, exploded noodles in the microwave., and.. ZERO cleaning supplies to rectify it. 1/4 of a roll of paper towels -No kitchen cloth or towel Only 4 bath towels for 4 people. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Tiny bottle of dish soap. There was a wet vac in the closet but it had no pad or well to add cleaning solution (which they didn't have anyway!)A drop of salt and pepper were the only spices in the cabinetSO I had to go to buy all these supplies myself and clean as much as I could.The property manager knew the sidewalks would be under construction, but we were not notified until we checked in. Forced to walk along the sloped front lawn to get out of the door, as the entire sidewalk was left a gaping crater. I myself tripped over a hole in the lawn more than once. At least 2 of the kitchen chairs were literally coming apart and all 4 were dirty and stained. This unit has great potential if they gave it some TLC

Hello! For future guests who may read this review, there are a few things to note. Yes, this stay was less than perfect. We had recently switched cleaning crews and had some growing pains during that process. Immediately upon the guest’s reaching out to notify us of the issues, we returned to try to make things right. We always try to do the right thing for our guests. It’s disappointing to me that our efforts were not reflected in the review as speaking with the guest she indicated satisfaction. Until after her stay when she requested a refund which, now, appears to have been leverage for a better review. Regarding the construction, the city of Helena was replacing the storm water drainage system and let us know a month prior that the work would be happening, but didn’t provide a start date. They started a day (maybe two) before this guest’s stay and as soon as we were aware they began work, we reached out. Unfortunately her flight from New York City was delayed or cancelled and in all the confusion with her flight I believe she did not see the notification until closer to her arrival. All of that to say, yes, there were problems and we tried to remedy everything to the best of our ability, including delivering more cleaning supplies which, I also noticed, didn’t make the review. Please know that we try hard to please all guests. Unfortunately some cannot be pleased and that is regrettable.

Property was clean and worked well. Sound machines in rooms were for highway traffic noise. Property is above highway. Was not made clear when renting. Kitchen could be better stocked would be toughed to cook meals. other than that, it was a great property.Mark
