Brand new, beautiful mountain cabin with two master king bedrooms, two en-suite baths and direct, majestic views of Mount LeConte. Susie's Nest welcomes you with a large, flat, concrete parking area protected by a chain barrier across the roadside to give guests more privacy and security. The front entrance has two steps and a ramp to enter the cabin. The cabin's has an open floor plan lined with large windows to see the view from wherever you are. It has luxury, vinyl plank flooring, beautiful pine walls and two spacious porches for a real cabin experience. The view that you enjoy is of the Great Smoky Mountains with Mount LeConte as the focal point.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, an island, all GE profile, stainless steel appliances; french door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and electric, glass top range.
The dining area has dining table and four chairs.
The family room has a charming, stone fireplace with electric logs and two leather loveseats with manual reclining and a 55" smart HDTV w/Spectrum and a Roku. There is a large porch extending all the way along the back of the house which illuminated with LED cafe lighting.
The upper level porch has a sitting area with a double glider rocker and two glider rockers, a composite picnic table and a beautiful Aspen hot tub for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.
There is a large master on the upper level with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a LG 55" Smart HDTV w/ROKU, a ceiling fan, shelf, a bench, two side tables and room darkening curtains. The private bath has a walk-in, tiled shower, double sink vanity and a large, walk in closet. Guests can walk out from the bedroom onto the upper level porch to take in the morning sun and ever changing scenery.
The lower level has second, large master suite with a king sized bed, an LG 55" HDTV with ROKU, a ceiling fan, shelf, two side tables and room darkening curtains. The private bath has a tiled tub/shower combo, a double sink vanity and large walk-in closet.
There is a family room with a LG 55" Smart HDTV with ROKU and two leather, reclining loveseats.
There is a charming office that is tucked downstairs for quiet, private phone calls or work related tasks with a beautiful Aspen hand crafted table and 2 chairs.The third bathroom downstairs is very private with a tiled shower and single sink cabinet with granite counter top.
The downstairs Master bedroom and family room open onto a large porch with a double glider and two glider rockers.
Our guests will have access to three community swimming pools and tennis courts sponsored by The Chalet Village Owner's Club during the summer months, June 1-Labor Day. There are games and pool tables at the South pool and it will be open on into September. Tennis courts are at the North clubhouse and are open year round. Guests must have their passes, provided by the owner, to be admitted to the pool and are required to sign in. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
My passes are in a drawer in the kitchen. One pass per family. PLEASE RETURN PASSES FOR THE NEXT GUEST.

Each pool is open 9am-9pm weather permitting and all amenities follow the same protocol. If any thunder is heard by pool attendant, the pool and pool deck must be cleared of all guests for 30 minutes. No glass of any kind is allowed on any of the pool decks.
We offer a very clean, disinfected and sanitized cabin and adhere to a strict anti-microbial(virus, bacteria, fungal) sanitization protocol before and after each guest using EPA registered and approved products to kill the Covid virus. We employ a housekeeper who adheres to our strict cleaning protocol and does an excellent job thoroughly cleaning.
We offer a contactless check-in using a WiFi Programmable Schlage lock on the front door. Please contact us with any questions about your future stay at our cabin.
Our property is monitored 24 hours a day on the front parking area and the side entry for your protection and ours.
