The house was nice but the dock is very small and was surrounded by river weed We had to use the community dock for our jet skis. Other than that nice house

We rented this property specifically for the dock and closeness to the river entrance. Our four Seadoos fit perfectly! We enjoyed the BBQ several nights. Every morning, we sat outside at the patio table and drank our coffee. We were able to get the Seadoo trailer and one car under carport, and the other car we parked sideways. We enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is if you are a light sleeper, is to bring earplugs. There were several off-road vehicles driving by into the night. Great stay overall.

The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need. The view on the patio is stunning. Highly recommend this amazing piece of paradise!

Great location. Very clean and well stocked. Dock was awesome and very convenient. Didn’t get the email with the key code until 5:10pm when check-in was supposed to be 4pm. Called, emailed and texted owners but no answer. Partly because of no reception in town so we had to tow the boat out of town again to try and get the code. Ended up going to Fishers Landing Rio Loco restaurant to get free WiFi so email with key code would deliver. All in all it was a great stay but next time I’ll confirm that we get the key code far before check-in time. Will definitely stay again though!

Awesome Lake Martinez River House!

This is a great house in a great location right on the river, and the easy to access dock was a bonus for our wave runners! The property manager was FANTASTIC! She responded quickly to our questions and various needs throughout our visit. The house came up short on the WIFI signal but it was clean and had everything that we needed to make our trip from Northern Nevada well worth it! We would love to return to this house for our future trips to the river!

Great location for land and water

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for two of our birthdays heading into the 4th of July weekend. There was plenty of room. 1 master with a king-sized bed and bathroom, a room with a queen, then a bunk room with full-sized bottom bunks and a pull-out couch. The little inlet that this house is on is perfect since you are hidden away from all the wakes. The Martinez bar and boat launch are extremely close and convenient. I would definitely stay again.

We replaced lights bulbs, supplied. High top table dusty. Patio needed clean. Landscape needed attention with weeding and trimming. Margret was Great!

Lovely, well-decorated, great location

Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The back deck area is lovely and well-furnished, everything worked well, the furnishings, decorations and amenities were excellent (very comfy bed in the master bedroom!) and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only (minor) downside was the absence of a dishwasher, but that didn't prevent us from cooking great meals and enjoying our stay immensely. We will definitely be back. Thank you to our hosts for creating such a lovely home!

Classy and Comfortable

This house is newly remodeled and done very well. All appliances and fixtures worked perfectly. The furniture is big and comfy. It's set up for eight or so people with plenty of beds and linens. Very nice linens by the way. Service was outstanding! Easy to communicate. Picked up on the first call. Helpful. Friendly. Outdoors is set up for lots of use and lounging. All the best outdoor furniture, nice grill, and great fire pit. The location is very close to the Martinez Bar and Grill. The store is a three minute walk, just in case you need something. The view from the house is epic. You can see the cove and the horizon. Sunsets were amazing. Overall, it is exceptional.

Brielle was once again a wonderful repeat guest. Communication was excellent throughout—she was friendly, appreciative, and responsive. She made a polite request for an early check-in, was completely understanding when availability was uncertain, and genuinely appreciative when we were able to accommodate her. After her stay, she proactively shared helpful feedback about a small refrigerator leak and returned a beach towel that was accidentally left in her boat. She also offered thoughtful, constructive suggestions for the home in a kind and respectful way. We'd be happy to host Brielle and her family again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
