The property offers ample gated parking by house, and private parking off main road for up to 6 boat trailers. Full access to private dock for two boats. Property had everything you could possibly need and was fully stocked. Private Dock was amazing for easy loading onto boat. Parking was great for vehicles and extra space up top for trailers, so convenient. Ray was most helpful with tips, very communicative and easy to reach. Spectacular view at sunrise and sunset!

Was a wonderful home to stay in. Very clean and welcoming. Everyone was comfortable and we had everything you could possibly need. What a great host and what a beautiful home.

Our stay was great! The property was just as advertised, it was clean, it had a well stocked kitchen for cooking and grilling, and we loved the outdoor spaces for seating and for dining. Having the dock was a nice bonus! It was comfortable and fun for our group of 10.

The house was very clean and homey! The kitchenn and the rest of the house is well stocked, efficient and organized! Love the little notes as reminders. Parking our boat was a little challenging. We had to back the truck and boat down from the street. It would have been exceptionally nice if we could have brought our miniature Schnauzer who loves the river! She does not shed and is hypoallergenic. We missed her! The hosts made everything easy and was very accomodating!!

Thank you for the wonderful review Charlotte! We're so pleased you enjoyed the house. Sorry for the confusion regarding boat trailer parking. We do offer dedicated boat trailer parking at the entrance to our driveway. We highlight it in our welcome packet but sometimes it gets overlooked. We have a large, easy to back-in area at the top the driveway off the main road. This 9 Palms guests only space is designed to accommodate multiple boats & trailers, ensuring that guests do not have to back them down the driveway. Guests are also welcome to back them down the driveway if they prefer them inside the gate. We hope to host you again soon!

This house is great for extended family. All the kids had their own bed. View was amazing of all Lake Martinez, boat launch is 50 yards away and still really quite. There were 3 full baths which made showers quick and easy. House has everything you need, we will definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at 9 Palms! The location right on Martinez Lake is unbeatable—easy water access made it perfect for boating and fishing, which is exactly what we came for. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.The outdoor space was a highlight: great spots to unwind after a day on the water, and the desert sunsets were something else. Plenty of room to spread out, and the whole place had a laid-back, comfortable feel that made it easy to settle in.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from booking to checkout. Check-in was simple and the place was exactly as described.
