Castaway is an adorable Tiny home, just blocks from the Bon Secour River, bring your boat and fishing poles! there is a boat launch less than a quarter mile away at Aquila's fish Market. We welcome your dogs at Castaway (limit 2 Dogs, see fees below). The home features a fully fenced back yard for kids and pets to enjoy. spend time on the screened in front porch, or play in the yard. there is a charcoal grill for your use. this property is away from the busyness of Gulf Shores and centrally located to all of the area attractions

There is so much to do in the area, and this home offers a great central home base for all of your family activities. home is well stocked for a small group of 4 guests, there is a fully stocked kitchen with every thing that you need to cook and serve meals. all bedding is provided, the home is on on one level (no loft), there is a king size bed in the master and a comfortable, memory foam queen size Murphy Bed in the living room. The hosts are local to the area, would be happy to answer any questions you have and are available for questions. We look forward to hosting your next visit to the Gulf Coast.

Beautiful place pictures dont do it justice will definitely be coming back it is actually bigger than what I thought it was and it was very cozy and clean my fiance and I had a blast the host was very friendly and was easy to get in touch with!

This was absolutely the perfect tiny home for a quiet getaway! Pet friendly, great host, a short drive to the beach and shopping but far enough away from the tourist areas for nice peaceful evenings. Comfortable furnishings and everything you need provided. Will be back for future vacations!

The house was clean and there were plenty of cookware to comfortably make what we needed to. The cookware was really good quality too. It's not too far from the beach so you get a nice quiet home while still being close enough to the beach and all of the good eateries. It was pet friendly and the host was great about working with us regarding the pets and anything else we needed. Would definitely recommend for a couple to have a nice retreat.

We loved the fact that the home was dog friendly and had a fenced yard for them to go outside and enjoy themselves without us having to stay with them on a leash. Also, the house was very well appointed and had quality appliances, cooking utensils, etc.

The property was exactly as it was listed. The area is quiet and peaceful. Robin has extras for everyone, pets included. I would definitely stay here again.

Robins was a wonderful host. They made sure we felt welcome before we even arrived. The Castaway was in a quiet and convenient location. We were not far from anything we wanted to do. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. It was well maintained with enough space for them to run. Robin has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The Castaway was the cutest tiny home ever! Big enough for my husband our two pups and myself to move comfortably about without tripping over each other. It was clean, tidy and homely. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

We had a great stay! Robin was absolutely wonderful and attentive. The home was extremely cute and clean. The little touches made it all the more wonderful. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Castaway Tiny Home in Bon Secour. The flowers and welcome basket were a nice surprise when we arrived. The house is decorated in a beach theme and was fun! Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

We booked here for a volleyball tournament at the event center. It was perfect, about 15 minutes away. I like being able to have a washer/dryer and park and be in my room within seconds. So much better than a hotel and plenty of room for our family of 4. The foldaway bed is actually a full bed. The host Robin was wonderful. I wish we had had more time to explore the area, we would stay here again for sure!

Excellent Stay at Castaway
The property was accurately described and as seen in the photographs. All communications were professional and helpful before and during my stay. The tiny home has all the luxuries of your own home and it's in a nice, quiet location with excellent restaurants and activities nearby for the individual of family.

Wonderful little cottage!
We came into town for a weekend soccer tournament, and we wanted some place that we could bring our two dogs. This place was perfect! Robin was very communicative, and the check in process was super easy. We loved the personal welcome note, basket of snacks, and fresh flowers!! Such a quaint little home. The fenced back yard was perfect! If we come back into town this will certainly be the place we stay!

Amazing Property!
We loved our stay here! The house was super clean and quiet. The host, Robin, is amazing. We had an issue getting into the house initially (our door code didn't work), and before I could contact her, she had already remotely unlocked the door to let us in, and called me so we could resolve the problem! There were lots of little touches that made this a great place to stay: fresh flowers on the table, dog treats for our dog, snacks for us, and even extra toiletries in case we forgot something. This house is about 15-20 minutes away from the beach - close to everything, but far enough away where it was super quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!!

Unforgettable experience!!
Highly recommend this amazing little home!! It was spotless, had everything we could possibly need! Eric & Robin were very easy to reach for anything we had questions about and so very nice!!! It was easy to check in and out. There was plenty to do close to the home but you are out of the noisy places. They even personalized our stay with a welcome sign for us and our pups along with treats for them. I will definitely be recommending to friends and we will most definitely be going back. Such a beautiful part of the world.
I also forgot my makeup bag and my straightener and they are sending it to me Monday. Such great people to rent from. Check them out!!

This adorable little home is just off the beaten where you can be at the beach in 10 minutes but feel like your arent surrounded by tourists. It is a quiet location where you can rejuvenate after a busy day. The home was very clean and comfortable. Lots of small creature comforts provided by the hosts. Best thing is that I can bring my furry friend and he has a yard to go out in to. Robin was bery responsive and very easy to work with. We look forward to our next stay in the tiny, pink house.

Eric and Myself (Robin) have been hosting guests in multiple properties since 2018, we LOVE hosting! And enjoy the opportunity to meet guests of all ages and backgrounds. We take pride in our properties and our guests comfort is our top priority in all that we do.
We have been married since 1987, have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren, family is important to us. We also volunteer and foster Great Danes, we have 2 of our own. (affectionately known as "The Boys") We relocated from the state of Minnesota in 2018 and have loved our new home state of Alabama!
Robin Volunteers with the town of Perdido Beach Zoning commission and loves to participate in community betterment. Eric is handy, and manages the remodels, and repairs on the properties. typically all of our cleanings are done by Robin and maintenance is done by Eric, we have very high standards for our cleanliness and enjoy making improvements where we can.
