This 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Oceanview condo in an Oceanfront complex is in the beautiful Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. It is known for its incredibly deep beach and just a short walk to many local spots. Ocean Annie's has live music on the beach all summer, Flip Flops is the spot for a quick meal, and the Apache Pier has great views and fishing! We have an end unit on the third floor with amazing natural light, just steps to the beach and pool. Our pool is open April-October, 9AM-9PM.

***Please note that our building does not have an elevator and we are on the 3rd floor***

In the updated kitchen, we have everything you need to cook an amazing meal. The unit also has a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, air fryer, spice rack and blender. If you are looking to grill, there are charcoal grills available on both the north and south sides of the building.

Our master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two nightstands, 55" Roku TV, ceiling fan, blackout shades and adjoining half bath. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed, blackout shades, 32" Roku TV, and ceiling fan. In the family room, we have a 65" Roku TV, end tables, two sofas and a recliner. We also provide bath and beach towels, bed linens, beach chairs, sand toys, high speed Wi-Fi internet and toiletries.

There are laundry rooms on the first and second floors. Each laundry room has 3 washers and 3 dryers. Please bring quarters or download the ShinePay app to pay. We will provide detergent and dryer sheets. If you use the beach towels, you will need to clean them before checking out. All other linens will be cleaned by the cleaning company.

Free parking onsite for one car will be included. If you are bringing two cars, please contact the owner before booking. There is an overflow lot on a first come first serve basis. There is no parking available for boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes. Per HOA, any motorcycles will be towed even if they are mounted in a truck bed.

Routine pest control takes place on the third Friday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the unit to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

We have two brand new (January 2024) window AC/Heat units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the living room. The second bedroom does not have it's own unit. We have a ceiling fan and wall fan for circulation.

This unit has everything you need for a relaxing home away from home at the beach. Listen to the sound of the waves from our back patio or enjoy live music on the beach. We can’t wait for you to have your piece of paradise here on Shore Drive.

Excellent accommodations

We’ve stayed in this complex before but this was our first time in this unit. It was clean and updated, with amenities not common to condo rentals. Some things that sound small bit made a difference were the spice rack, blender, and keurig machine. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, even blankets to curl up with on the couch. In other units I had to bring my own sheets, towels, coffee machine…Knowing these were already available in the unit made mom’s prep easier and our week simpler. Also had consistently timely communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Always Enjoyable

The unit was just as it is described. Have stayed in this unit several times. They have done some updating with furniture which even made it more comfortable, new paint. Owner is very responsive, the ease of check in and out is a breeze. Will certainly be looking to stay here again.

Great Place at The Beach

This is a great location for my family. The unit is very supplied and well kept. We were pleasantly surprised with entire place. The owner is excellent. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing property

We've stayed in this building before and this unit didnt disappoint! Only 3 floors so being on the top isnt bad at all. It was clean, up to date, Tiffany was amazing and provided toys for the kids, board games, garbage bags etc. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL

This was an extremely clean and beautiful place! The owners were great to work with! Absolutely everything you needed was provided. Beautiful view from the balcony and right on the beach. The only issue I had with it was that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The only reason it was an issue for me was because I am recovering from a broken ankle otherwise it would have been fine. Well worth it! I will stay there again on my next visit to Myrtle Beach and I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfection!

We couldn't have been happier with the condo! It was exactly as pictured, with the cutest decor! The location was perfect with the easiest and closest beach access we've ever experienced. I would say without a doubt it's the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in anywhere in the country! And above all else, the owner Craig went above and beyond to work out an unforeseen issue that was beyond his control. We couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience, and will without a doubt always choose this condo for any future Myrtle Beach visits! Thanks again for everything Craig!

Sweet little condo right on beach

The property is so cute and nicely decorated and very clean. Honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. We had everything we needed for a great extended weekend at the beach. They provided beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots n pans and utensils. We eat clean and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The balcony was great to have your morning coffee (or evening drinks) while watching the waves. We ate most meals out there as well. If you have allergies or sinus issues they had 3 scented plug in air fresheners we had to unplug n leave out on the balcony - not a big deal we opened windows and doors - got a great ocean breeze to air out the scent then plugged them back in when we left. There is no elevator and it is on 3rd floor but that wasn’t an issue for us. The high rise across the street can get a little loud later in the evening with people coming and going to the outdoor bar on its beach side but with windows shut and air on it didn’t keep us up at all. Bed is very comfortable. I usually have issues when traveling but had zero problems here. I slept great with no morning back ache. If you want an affordable clean condo right on the beach I would definitely recommend this place. The beach is great for relaxing watching the waves, dolphins, and all the birds. Also great for walking/jogging. The pier is walking distance. If you are trying to protect someone immune compromised at home (or are immune compromised yourself) and need a beach break with as little indoor contact with others as possible this place is perfect for that too.

Nice getaway

The owner was nice and it was a nice quiet place. Convenient to most locations. A view from the balcony of the ocean. Perfect size for my family. I wish we could of stayed longer.

Our 25th Anniversary Getaway

After all the ups and downs of 2020 we decided we need to getaway for our 25th Anniversary. This was the best decision. Our condo was beautiful, love the views, easy access to the beach and super clean. The owner Craig was super to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo. Perfect getaway! Good restaurant and entertainment walking distance away “Ocean Annie’s and Flip flops” and many many more. We definitely would come back again.

Great Stay & Comfy

Perfect size for my family and beds were very comfy. Loved the area it’s located in and close to a lot of things within walking distance. No issues with parking since we had 2 vehicles we had to park one across the street. The only thing rough to us was the 3 story walk of stairs every time we went anywhere, I guess we are all out of shape (lol) Owners were so helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better people to rent from.

Loved our stay!

Very nice place to stay. The condo is roomy with plenty of space and very well stocked. Had difficulty with the door code but the owners were very helpful and fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend renting this condo and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful unit.

Accurate description of unit and honest owners!!

First, I want to say the new owners, Craig and Michalene Cookson, went above what most owners would do for their renters. I had rented this condo through VRBO. I was advised it had been sold AFTER paying for the trip. Mr. Cookson reached out on his own and contacted me by phone to let me know he had just purchased the condo and would honor all payments and reservations already completed. However, a few days later the old property manager refunded and terminated the contract of all the renters who had previously reserved and paid for their vacations. Mr. Cookson again reached out to me and made sure my days were saved for me at the original price. I can't say enough about how well they treated my family. Now, on to the review of the condo. First thing we noticed when arriving to the condo the quiet location but yet close to everything you need, groceries, shopping, restaurants and entertainment for all ages. I would recommend a few maps of the area or directions and suggestions making it easier to find these location. Second, the location....ON THE BEACH! The building is a bit old but well maintained. Walking into the condo we found it was SPOTLESS. Very clean! The unit was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, need corkscrew though ;-) good size refrigerator and dishwasher. The condo is perfect for a single family, maybe a few close friends. The only down side is no laundry IN the unit. There is laundry on site but make sure you bring some quarters with you. Everyone we met at the condo was nice and very pleasant. No loud parties, etc. The only negative, if you need to have more than one vehicle, there is very limited parking. There is not 24 hour public parking anywhere close we could find. However, the owner worked with us and we were able to park across the street at the buildings extended parking area. Again, Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Cookson. I will certainly be saving this as a favorite. The price, location, facility and customer service by the owners make it a GREAT and AFFORDABLE vacation location!!

The stay was exactly like the pictures but actually the pictures did not justice. Better in person.

The condo was excellent and in a very good location. It was more space than we thought and comfortable. My daughters was very pleased with their sleeping arrangements and enjoyed the balcony the best. Everything was prepared, ready for guest, and it was very much a home away from home for us. I am very pleased with the stay and the owners were very tentative and helpful. They made the transaction very smooth and I recommend any of our family and friends to do business with them in the future. Very please and bless by them.
