This listing is for one private bedroom with its own private bathroom on the second floor of a shared home. The second floor has two guest rooms, rented separately. Only the kitchen, living room, and patio are shared if both rooms are booked. Otherwise, you'll have those spaces mostly to yourself.
I live quietly on the third floor and rarely use the kitchen or shared areas, so you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Two gentle, friendly puppies live here too and are part of the charm for animal lovers.

The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature—especially with the lake and trees nearby—makes it a wonderful place to unwind. At the same time, being just minutes away from downtown allows me to enjoy the convenience of the city whenever I need it. I also love the welcoming community, which gives the area a homely, safe vibe. The quiet walks around the lake and the bird sounds are what I enjoy most about living here.
