We had a pleasant stay during our short visit in Tallahassee. It was extremely close to where we needed to be. Communication with our host was excellent. Pleasure in the six pack of bottled water and the bathroom toiletries that we didn’t need. Would stay here again.

Kendra’s place was immaculate and homey. Vrbo did not disclose the cleaning fee until after I booked but that wasn’t Kendra’s fault.In any case, the apartment had everything we needed and a few things that were nice special touches.

If you don't mind an overwhelming smell of the weed slapping you in the face when you open the door, this property may be okay for you.I booked the property online. It had decent reviews and the pictures looked nice. What you don't see is the smell of weed. I'm not talking a little smell either. I am super serious when I say the smell is very overwhelming. If you are like me and have to submit urinalysis for drug screening, do not stay here. If you are affiliated with the military, I urge you not to stay here. I complained about the smell and informed them I can't be around drugs due to my military service. They refused to refund the stay.The surrounding area is very rundown. Homeless people walking around. People selling drugs, etc. Keep your head on a swivel if you stay here.

Kendra the host was wonderful right from the beginning with great communication! The area seemed a little questionable but the place was beautiful inside and so clean. Definitely on my list in the future.

This is a scam, apartment in the projects with all the dope and roaches included. Could not stay here longer than 2 min and lost my money. Thanks Kendra

Unit was very nice. The screened porch was set up nicely as was the rest of the condo. Bed very comfortable and kitchen had all you would need. We were a quick drive to the Seminole Legacy golf club where we were working an event. We would stay again if doing an event there in the future. Small down side it is on the second level with outside stairs not in the description. Complex of older buildings that need a cleaning and property was in need of trash pick up. Dumpsters area was overflowing even when empty. Trash company did not clean up when doing pick up. Owner has no control over that, complex owners need to address.

Nice place and clean, with nice extras and abundance of bathroom towels. The inside pics are current. Kendra stayed in immediate communication providing info on lock code and timing.

Honest review - the good and the bad.The good - the inside of the place looked very nice.As described.The bad - the complex has several buildings and they were all in various states of neglect.There was trash all over the grounds.I had asked Kendra, the owner what the neighborhood was like. She only said "urban".I personally would call it ghetto. My family and I pulled in to just after sunset. My wife and son refused to stay there.They were scared of what they saw.We had to book a last minute reservation elsewhere. It was so scary (to us) that we did not stay there.You can form your own opinion. That was ours.

Great stay make sureyou lovk your doors i usually dont always but i didnt and someone did go into my truck other then that great place to stay alwyas clean and always smells great. Great spot to just chill after a long day

I was in town on business and look for something more private then a hotel. The apartment was nice and communication with Kendra was great, but the apartment complex was not. The neighbor played loud music from the time I arrived at 4pm til 12 midnight. The grounds were dirty garbage everywhere. Will not stay again sorry and I don't like leaving bad review but people should know.

Inside of property was very clean and nice, bed was very comfortable. Thermostat had locked cover over it so you could not adjust. Outside of property had a lot of junk cars parked in the parking lot and lots of trash around the dumpster. No fault of owner. Just the area.
