This NON-SMOKING, log home is centrally located for your far away friends. Only 10 minutes from the main strip of Branson and its great shows and attractions. Home is very spacious with a fully furnished kitchen. Home is furnished with real wood furniture, antiques, and has two TV/VCR/Stereo areas. Lower level has a full-size pool table. Not Handicap Accessible. No Pets or Smoking.

Only three blocks from Lake Taneycomo (one of the top four trout lakes in USA) and three and a half miles from Table Rock Lake (43,000 acres of great water sports). Spring through December is a great time to visit the Ozarks. Spring for the blooming of the dogwoods trees. Summer for all the great water sports. Fall for its beautiful fall colors and great craft shows. Winter for all the lights and the spectacular Christmas shows plus great shopping. (Place decorated for Christmas by 1st week of November.) Don't forget to visit some of BRANSON'S GREAT SHOWS and attractions.

Perfect Thanksgiving Setting

The cabin was perfect for our week long stay. The lower level was great for adults and a toddler. The decorations were beautiful and we had everything we could possibly need for meal preparation and baking! The location is convenient yet feels secluded and quiet. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate and work with.

Excellent for our annual Friend Retreat

We found this to be an excellent place to stay for our annual friend retreat. The check in/out couldn't have been easier, the house/cabin was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The spacious porches are very inviting. Our group of 7 had more than ample space to spread out. Where we once all lived in the same city, some of us now live in a different state and we get together annually. Although we did venture out to parts of Hollister and Branson, our main purpose for our week was for being together and celebrating 40+ years of friendship. We very much enjoyed the game room with the pool table. We would also recommend October as the weather couldn't have been more perfect. Kirk was an excellent host and it was nice to meet him in person.

Weekend family getaway

The whole experience was fun and problem free. Kirk was very hospitable. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table in the basement.

Family vacation

The cabin was larger than expected. The decor was appreciated by the men in the group and vintage decor met the approval of the women in the group. The kitchen and dining table worked out great. We enjoyed the upper loft area, downstairs pool table, and TV area. The outdoor deck is nice with lots of room and shade for gathering and BBQ. The guys enjoyed the horseshoe pit. Recommend this VRBO for large gatherings related to the large surroundings. The location is close to all the Branson attractions.

Welcoming Getaway

Our stay at the cabin was very pleasant. Plenty of space, all the items you could need in the kitchen, peaceful outdoor area, and lots of little spots for everyone to escape to for their own personal needs: reading spots, tv watching, game time, etc. It was just what we needed.

Spectacular home/host/neighbor hood!!

3 retired friends collect together every year, this trip was to Branson. I was fortunate to find Kirk’s listing with VRBO. It is a beautiful house with many very nice amenities in a quiet wooded lot at the end of a secluded drive. Only minutes away from all Branson activities and the lakes. Money well spent!! Thank you Kirk, it was a pleasure meeting you and spending a bit of time getting to know you. Jim and the Oregon group.

Fantastic place

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated with so many things that give it that home-like feel. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located near all we planned to do. Comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all of us. Kirk is a super nice guy with plenty of information. Our only regret is that we should have booked a longer stay.

we absolutely loved the place, very clean and had everything you needed. We really enjoyed the big deck for our morning coffee 😁. Property was secluded and shaded. We enjoyed the outside horseshoe pits on site as well as utilizing the pool table. Would stay here again! The Martins.

The pictures don’t do it justice

We stayed here in April for a girls’ trip, and would be happy to stay here, again. The cabin is much brighter and airier than the pictures portray. The decor is somewhat dated, but well-kept and comfortable. Everything was working and in good repair. The owner has gone the extra mile to make this cabin comfortable by providing basic pantry staples and blankets on the deck chairs for cool evenings. The home offers several outdoor amenities that would be great for a family trip including a grill, a smoker, a fire pit, and horseshoes. The location is peaceful, while still convenient to town. I highly recommend dinner at the nearby Keeter Center. This cabin is a great value!

Great Place

Really enjoyed Kirk's cabin, the place is very large with 3 big bedrooms, we enjoyed the fire pit, and outdoor setting. The place is out of the way near Lake Taneycomo, but you can get to Branson attractions in 10-15 minutes and close to Table Rock lake.
