Property was very nice and convenient. It was clean and the communication for checking in and out was great. My only complaint was that we had to purchase toilet paper and bath soap. I really don’t blame host just oversight on cleaning service, I guess. I would caution that this property is not practical if you have a disability and not able to climb stairs . Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

We were in town for a winging and my son's wedding, and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space and it was easy access to everywhere we needed to be. The decor was classy and the rooms were spotless. Victoria is a great host - very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Very nice place; close to downtown

This place is excellent! Very roomy. We came down on a guys trip. Everyone had their own room. We were super close to downtown where all the bars, restaurants and cigar lounge. Joe Patties Seafood, the Fish House and Nicks boathouse are literally right next to the house. The house was extremely clean, neat and very roomy. I highly recommend staying here

Cheer Competition

Victoria was the best host. Checked on us a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The place was fantastic, super clean with everything you need, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer if needed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and with plenty of room the best was having 3 bathrooms! Close to the convention center, downtown and not too far from the beach! We will definitely be staying there the next time we are in town. You can’t go wrong staying here.

I recommend to communicate your concerns with your host during your stay, that way they can address the issue right away, making the rest of your stay more enjoyable. That said, we have addressed the housekeeping and have a new company that we're working with. Thank you!

Absolutely no guest

Overall very nice house. Owner will watch you via cameras and message you. On a very busy street. The smell from refinery was very strong at times. Couch was broken and a broken chair from a previous renter. Was reminded that we could not have guests beyond the people we had staying with us. We were there for our daughters wedding and not being allowed to have her visit was a bit extreme to me.

Blue Angels Weekend Stay

Our family of 8 stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was just the perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We were even able to watch an unexpected fireworks show from the balcony. We had a problem with the door lock on one of the days but Victoria responded immediately and fixed it within seconds by phone. For most it wouldn’t be an issue - but we ended up coming in 3 vehicles and the parking area is small and only has room for 2. It was actually several of the very kind neighbors we met while outside who helped us navigate through this. Everyone in our family commented on what an enjoyable stay we had. We went by ferry to the Blue Angels show and the location of the house was only a few minutes from the ferry landing. It was perfect. Victoria was a very attentive host.

This VRBO property was made our stay in Pensacola, FL very enjoyable! From the location, to the coziness, to the cleanliness of the home, my family was happy. It’s smaller, but was perfect for my family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). My kids loved the bunk beds; they were full sized which was great! The location was perfect as well. We enjoyed sitting out on both the upper and lower level balconies to enjoy the scenery. We had one hiccup upon arrival where our entry code did not work. When I called the host and she didn’t answer, her husband called back immediately and resolved the issue. He even stayed on the phone to ensure we were able to get into the property. This was nice. I would for sure recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, modern, cozy place to stay.
