Please allow me to introduce your future vacation rental cottage . Our newly remodeled dwelling is a Safe Home To Stay in located in upscale East Hill area.
We offer great discounts for longer stays!
***This home is also Pet friendly with large fully fenced on back yard so the entire family can enjoy the vacation. ***
Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.
Security cameras are on the premises to view outside of property only.

Excellent value for our long weekend. Central Pensacola location easy access to nearby features. Quiet for light sleeper, comfy, clean, and plenty of room.

Great little house in a good neighborhood, it just needs some TLC. Only having 1.5 Ice Trays was not enough…not sure what happened to the other half of an ice tray..maybe got broken. Lots of TV remotes…lots. Trying to get the correct one was a little irritating but definitely not a HUGE deal. Like a few have mentioned, there isn’t a direct door to the backyard. That’s about it. Maybe some new towels would be nice. They smelt like they had been left in a wet machine for too long…smells bad. Bed in master was very comfortable. Very convenient location.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the East Hill neighborhood and the affordable accommodation near the beautiful beaches. The home is clean, the beds comfy and we love the backyard for our 2 pups. Also, the host is kind and quick to respond. We will stay again when we return to Pensacola!

My family rented this property for the Books by the Bay event in Pensacola. The house is in a lovely neighborhood very close to the park. The property itself is great. It’s very clean and easy to live in. Communication with the host was great!

Great place to stay with dogs. Location is fantastic! Great neighborhood… safe and quiet. You can walk to the dog beach (also very cool) and are minutes away from the best of Pensacola. The only negatives… the property is a little tired, not run down but very functional. For all the rules about using & cleaning the grill… there were no grill tools or brush & it is rusting from the inside out. That being said… I would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay at this location again. Cute home that was clean, cozy, many provided amenities (including snacks), easy access for entry and great location. Host communicated in a timely manner.

Good aspects: *Great neighborhood*Good location to restaurants, Publix and beaches*Reasonable priceIssues: *Kitchen cabinets needed cleaning and there was a cockroach crawling in the cabinets. *There was a security camera inside the living room and pointed inside... disconcerting. *When talking with the owner about the camera she said other people just unplugged it so she knew it was an issue but did not remove it. She seemed not too concerned about this even though VRBO prohibits them. I encouraged her to put it outside but she said it was not possible because the house was brick.

I assured you I was working on that camera and that it is normally pointed to the back yard and that it was not even connected as i could not get it to work. I was trying to put your mind at ease not seem like I was not concerned. And you seen it was not plugged in. You did not mention anything about a bug anywhere. Or that there was an issue with the cabinets. I will get these issue addressed asap
